If I could give zero stars, I would. Shocking. I contacted OMS in March 2024 for a move to Canada. They promise delivery in 12-16 weeks. Yes, a shared container, so no guarentees, but it took 19 months!! No apology or sympathy. No concern shown. When they came to pack my goods, one of the workers had to be sent home because I realised he was drunk. You'd think the guy in charge would have noticed. In September I was getting irate as my goods were still in SA, and in November Kevin Leske told me they were loaded on a boat in Durban and about to leave SA. But it wasn't true. Kevin **** to me. I kept asking Kevin to escalate and finally he did - to Frans Fouche, who never bothered to respond. Kevin also said I could email the info email as it goes to head office, but no one has ever answered me from that email. I kept pushing and my goods finally left SA in March 2025, a full year after they had been packed up. They only arrived in Canada in October and within a day or two I contacted Kevin again to say my carpet was damaged (probably from sitting poor conditions for so long) and my silver car collection was missing (probably the drunk worker or during storage when workers had gone into my luggage to retrieve some papers for me). I sent pictures. Kevin, as usual, took a long time to respond and then told me it was past the 7 days to put a claim in to the insurance, but he would look into it. I am still waiting. He promised to put a claim in on my behalf, but doesn't answer emails any longer. I repeatedly asked him to escalate and finally on January 14th he gave me Duncan Schulze (ExecuMove) email. Duncan said he'd get back to me in 2 days and I am still waiting. No contact. He does not answer my emails. I have emailed both OMS and ExecuMove's info lines and they don't respond. I have never had such shoddy service from people who clearly care nothing for their clients. Don't touch them

I have been trying to cancel my contract with Cell C for 2 weeks. I was given incorrect information by their operator and have been trying to speak to someone to sort it out ever since. I am constantly promised someone will call and 2 weeks later no one has and the stock emails come back stating the same unhelpful assurance each time
I've been reading the reviews here and am only sorry that I didn't do that before I bought my stove. If I could rate lower than 1 star, I would. Its not that the product has been bad, but the service is so much worse than anything else I've ever experienced in SA - and that says a lot. I booked a call with Samsung and was told I would need to pay upfront and following proof of payment a call would be booked via sms. I was sent an email confirming this. Then I received an sms confirming that they were coming to fix my stove the next day. I called in because I had not yet paid and could obviously not have a payment reflected in Samsungs account by the next day and was told that it wasn't a problem, I didn't need to pay, and they would be there the next day, at which time I could pay. Needless to say they didn't pitch, and when I called I was told they didn't come because I hadn't paid. Obviously I complained, but no one will talk to me; they simply repeat the mantra "you have to pay before we will come out" without addressing their blunder and misinformation. I emailed to try to have someone address my complaint for 5 weeks without a response. When I try to call in to follow up I'm told that they can't help (escalate, call a manager etc) because I need to follow "process". And what process means is - I have to send an email! Obviously I've sent several. I finally received a response after 6 weeks and they simply repeated the mantra - you've been told you have to pay before we'll come out. My issue is not even about that, but I cannot get anyone to actually engage with what my issue is, they simply brush me off. and I cannot get anyone else to come because I need a Samsung technician. On principle I don't want to let it go and "do what I'm told' by Samsung until they address this, but clearly they don't want the business and don't mind the bad reviews. I will never buy Samsung again and will advise anyone who asks against them too.
They emailed a quote quickly, and followed up all queries either by email or with a phone call timeously. They delivered in good condition and earlier than anticipated. A pleasure to work with, though more expensive than other quotes - this is the only reason I marked them down
