Very useless !!! Do not use this company !! Do not use this company . I gave this company my car and trusted them, and it was honestly the worst experience ever. They were supposed to collect my car on a Wednesday because I was traveling to Johannesburg, and the plan was for my car to already be there when I landed. As a new mom, having my vehicle with me was very important and convenient but that didn’t happen. They delayed the collection, and even after giving them another chance, my car still wasn’t collected before I left Cape Town. I had to call their office demanding a refund, and only then was my car collected the following day after I had already left. When my car was finally delivered on the 9th of May, it was in terrible condition. It was covered in oil. I had to take it to the car wash immediately, and since I don’t drive much, I parked it. Two days later, I noticed that the back rubber was completely damaged. I have before and after pictures as proof. When I complained, all they could say was “sorry.” A car that isn’t even 6 months old was returned to me damaged. Please do not use this company. Their service is unacceptable, and the manager (I forgot her name) was extremely rude unbelievably rude.

Pathetic Service

Avoid Mr Cheap Transport / Auto Movers - this company should NOT be trusted with your vehicle. My experience was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. After handing over my vehicle in good faith, i later discovered - without any prior disclosure- that the job had been outsourced, then outsourced again. At no point was i informed or asked for consent. This reckless chain of subcontracting created a situation where no one wanted to take responsibility. The result, my vehicle was delivered in a completely unacceptable condition- extensively damaged, with serious body damage, and no longer in a driverable condition. This was not incidental or minor transport wear; this was severe negligence. What is most unacceptable is that Mr Cheap Transport/ Auto Movers, the company I paid and trusted, has refused to take accountability. Instead of resolving the issue, they have attempted to deflect blame onto the third parties they chose to engage. That is not how a professional business operates. This company demonstrates a complete lack of control over their operations, zero accountability and no regard for customer property. Handing your vehicle over to them means you are effectively trusting an unknown chain of subcontractors with no guarantees of care or responsibility. Do not make the same mistake I did. If you care about your vehicle, stay far away from this company and choose a transporter that is transparent, accountable, competent and actually take responsibility for the service they sell.

Lying and ********* people.

Dont ever use these useless people. They are full of lies. They promised me my stuff will be in Jhb today but coming up with excuses. Like the truck broke down. Only to find out they have shared the load with Mega movers and it has not even left CPT.

Ridiculous service

I have never encountered a **** of this nature in my life. I contacted Cheap Transport in July, and we reached a complete agreement regarding the relocation of my furniture to the Eastern Cape. We confirmed the address, and I paid 50% as per the quote. However, when it came time to move, they informed me that I needed to pay an additional R4000, which is utterly absurd. They claimed they were unaware of my address in Cala and could only deliver to Butterworth. This is simply unacceptable service, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid using their services.
