Dont ever use these useless people. They are full of lies. They promised me my stuff will be in Jhb today but coming up with excuses. Like the truck broke down. Only to find out they have shared the load with Mega movers and it has not even left CPT.
I have asked for a statement and they refuse to provide but call everyday. Do they think we fools to keep paying them? I have told them they are *******. They are uneducated and annoying.
ASSHOLES THAT WORK AT THE PLATTEKLOOF BRANCH ARE INCOMPETENT THIEVES. I PAID THE 849 FOR VITALITY ACTIVATION ON 24/10/2019. I WAS TOLD BY GREG THAT THE 599 CONTRACT WILL BE CANCELED AND I WILL BE PAYING 199 FROM THE 1ST OF EVERY MONTH. BUT I WAS DEBITED 599 ON 28/10/2019. I CALLED GREG ON 29/10/2019 AT 8:15 AM AND HE SAID I WILL SORT OUT AND CALL ME BACK. HE DIDNT CALL BACK. I CALLED HIM AGAIN AT 3PM AND HE SAID WE ARE WORKING ON IT AND WE WILL REFUND UR 599. TODAY IS 31/10/2019 AND I HAVE STILL NOT BEEN SORTED. I SUGGEST ALL MY MONEY BE RETURNED BECAUSE THESE ASSHOLES FONT HAVE A CLUE WHAT THEY DOING. THEY ARE THIEVES WITH INCOMPETENT STAFF.
I received a call from Beame in July 2019 asking if I would like to renew my tracking contract with them. I said no please cancel my contract. I received a call from their accounts department in August saying that my debit order was rejected from my Nedbank account. I said i dont bank with Nedbank and I cancelled my contract with BEame in July. I sent them numerous emails and have called them to cancel but I am still getting billed. what kind of incompetent people work there. I WILL NOT BE PAYING THIS BILL AS I ASKED FOR IT TO BE CANCELLED.
assholes that work at telkom has not fixed our line or contacted us its been a week now. all the dead bodies that work at the call centre say.... ITS BEEN ESCALATED. ITS WITH THE TECHNICIAN. think the technician is pickling these faults. they have no urgency or work ethics. Disgusting service!!!
On Monday 5th March while drive to work about 7:45am I was 1 car behind a truck carrying blue stones. The truck was not covered as well as the stones where overfull in this truck. The stones hit my Windscreen. I followed the truck through Tygervalley as the driver refused to stop. I finally got him to stop on Oak road and showed him my windscreen. we called the owner to report the incident and he was rude an vulgar. We then called the office and the lady asked for pics and a diagram. I was told that i must claim from insurance? Who is going to pay my excess. My windscreen needs to be replaced . What kind of sick world do we live in where people dont want to except their Faults. The driver S Mhlaba when I stopped him took a spade and was putting the loose stones back in the truck.
I PAID MY ACCOUNT ON SATURDAY 03/03/2018. TODAY IS 07/03/2018 AND MY LINE IS STILL NOT OPEN. I HAVE CALLED EVERYDAY AND HAVE BEEN TOLD DIFFERENT BULL****. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO OPEN A LINE? AND CONVENIENTLY TELKOM IS OFFLINE TODAY. IM TIRED OF THIS INCOMPETENT PEOPLE AND THEIR PATHETIC SERVICE
