Mr Cheap Transport
Pathetic Service
Avoid Mr Cheap Transport / Auto Movers - this company should NOT be trusted with your vehicle. My experience was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. After handing over my vehicle in good faith, i later discovered - without any prior disclosure- that the job had been outsourced, then outsourced again. At no point was i informed or asked for consent. This reckless chain of subcontracting created a situation where no one wanted to take responsibility. The result, my vehicle was delivered in a completely unacceptable condition- extensively damaged, with serious body damage, and no longer in a driverable condition. This was not incidental or minor transport wear; this was severe negligence. What is most unacceptable is that Mr Cheap Transport/ Auto Movers, the company I paid and trusted, has refused to take accountability. Instead of resolving the issue, they have attempted to deflect blame onto the third parties they chose to engage. That is not how a professional business operates. This company demonstrates a complete lack of control over their operations, zero accountability and no regard for customer property. Handing your vehicle over to them means you are effectively trusting an unknown chain of subcontractors with no guarantees of care or responsibility. Do not make the same mistake I did. If you care about your vehicle, stay far away from this company and choose a transporter that is transparent, accountable, competent and actually take responsibility for the service they sell.

Pathetic Service and Revolting Management Staff
If you value your possessions, I will strongly recommend that you DO NOT use this company. I have used them on 2 occasions and transported 5 of my personal vehicles. Vehicle 1: The depot driver was so excited to get into a modified Audi that he revved my car to intensely, while I was still on the premises. The next day I got a call that my car didn’t want to start, I had to go back to the Kaalfontein depot (which is a 1hr 30min drive) to change the now flooded spark plugs for the car to drive. When I collected my car at the Bellville depot, I saw my flash drive with my music was ****** out of my radio. – This event I did not report, but did casually mention it to the person handing over my vehicle. Vehicle 2: This car was in good standing and received it as I dropped it off. Vehicle 3: My cabiole door was ********** and laying on the floor. Thankfully the gentleman at the Kaalfontein office could refit it. – this I did not report, because it was resolved on the spot. Vehicle 4: My drivers door handle was broken and the car had excessive amounts of some red substance all over the car and some oil stains on the bonnet as well. These red stains does not want to come off, so I guess only a car buff/polish would do the job – that car is white, so to have red stains on it looks horrible. This event I reported and had a few back and forth emails with Faith the Claims Manager and Rhode the National Marketing Manager, first they wanted to confirm if my door handle was actually working (which is ridiculous because the depot driver drove my car and got out using the handle), then they switched their story and came back to say its not covered because its interior related and their paperwork doesn’t assess that. Vehicle 5: This vehicle was in good standing and received it as I dropped it off. A ratio of 2/5 is pathetic service, especially considering that a vehicle is one of the most expensive things you would purchase in life and these people/company don’t care about it. Stone chips and some road grime I expected but to have physical damage to your interior is unacceptable. You pay them to transport your vehicle and they damage it for free and then refuse to repair the damages.

Dont USE McDonald's APP for delivery
Ordered from McDonalds App. Delivery time kept being update from 09:06 to ultimately 09:36. then i get an notification at 09:41 that food was delivered at 9:30. I received nothing. So McDonald's received payment and i received no food. The last sms reads: Delivered! Your order from McDonald's, Durban Road, Bellville-DIRECT has been delivered. Delivered to who, is my question because i received nothing. Absolutely useless calling the branch, they reject calls and nearby branches cannot see any data of the order. You dont deserve the 1 star, because i paid for something i didnt receive.

Kulula.com NO REFUNDS
I booked a flight paid R1020.48 the following day I get an sms stating that my flight has been changed to a earlier time and if the time doesn't suit me I should call and arrange a different time. The earlier flight they booked me on was R882.00 (as per the agent Melissa), however on their website the flight is R732.98. When questioned about the refund, the below happened: - they were persistent in not giving me a credit/refund for the difference(kindly note my fiancé and myself were booked = R575.00). In theory, anyone booking that flight would get an sms soon after they book it/pay for it, then be moved to a cheaper flight and Kulula pockets the difference. Disgusting! We called and spoke to Melissa(Agent) and then Leyton(Supervisor) whom basically explained that we are 'lucky' because Kulula is not charging a rebooking fee. Almost like we wanted it to be changed. The lack of understanding by the agent and supervisor was nothing short of revolting. I do not think that they(Agent and Supervisor) even gave it thought that this is daylight robbery. Their processes stands but logic is in short supply.

Softy Comp / Loans Unlimited - Scam (unauthorised debits)
Scam company. They used Softy Comp to withdraw funds from account (R449 - which seems the common amount, according to the reviews). I called Softy Comp *** who play the innocent/ignorant role saying 'we just a service provider company and act on what companies instruct us to do'. Loans Unlimited *** / *** , don't answer their phones, I called more than 10 times, it rings with no answer, then sent an email and received no response. It appears they registered me for R5000 loan, which I did not take out.
