Good day, I would like to mention the pathetic service I am currently receiving from MTN. I am currently in a 3 year contract and have been an MTN client for a number of years, and I have requested a settlement to pay and cancel my contracts. MTN debits my bank account every month but I have been informed by Sinegugu Ntuli that I am in arrears and need to settle my account before I can receive a settlement figure to pay and cancel. How ridiculous is this for me to be in arrears when you are debiting me on a monthly basis. MTN has now been ignoring my requests hence my complaint on hellopeter.
Something seems off with this company. All my items were picked up on 15 August 2025 and the packing team were amazing packing my items for overseas. To get any sort of feedback from Mandy Orange is becoming a nightmare. There is never anyone answering the phones at their office. The scary part is that these type of moving companies require payment upfront and now I feel like they have taken my goods and my money and I cannot get hold of anyone.
Their delivery service is simply pathetic. 7 out of 10 deliveries is delayed and I have to call like 4 times to query where my order is. Whenever I order from Debonairs , my delivery is less than 45 minutes , every time. Clearly the standards at Pizza Hut has dropped , drastically
I sent them a claim on 15 March 2025 for reimbur*****t, no feedback till today. I follow up on 15 April and they say they are resubmitting because they don’t see a claim. This is disappointing to say the least as I had to pay for the claim myself and try to claim back.
Pathetic service from Pizza Hut Honeydew. Ordered my pizzas at 6pm and the time now is 8:35pm and the order still has not arrived. I kept calling the call centre and they transferred me to the store and from there nobody answers the phone . I called back and asked them to get the manager to call me. Gareth the store manager calls me and says there are no drivers but the pizzas are already waiting in the store. The store manager does not have the decency to call customers to advise that there are delays, I have to keep calling and following up . I eventually cancelled my order and asked for a refund. This is poor pathetic service .
Dealt with Sinipha Dyantyi. Very professional and had all the technical ability to assist me. Have been with Home Connect for 4 years now and todays service cements why I have not moved to any other company.

Good day I was holding for half an hour for retentions, Alice answers and says she cannot access my number and she will transfer my call to someone else who can help me. I held for another 5 minutes and the call said that I need to dial 135 and cut off. I did dial 135 initially. This is pathetic service after holding for so long. Is this the way MTN handles their customer's calls. If people like Alice do not want to work then ****** leave work because there are people waiting for jobs. This is very frustrating. Cell C advises me that i am due for an early upgrade so i requested the new iphone SE, the first consultant says she did not even know that Apple released a new Iphone, wow and that is coming from your retentions department. I call again the 2nd time and then i am told that Cell C does not have stock as they have not received the new phone at all so i left my details and they will call when they receive the phone. I call again today 25/05/2020 and i get told that cell c does not have stock and they cannot sell what they dont have. i was told to go to a store to see if they have stock, i then asked why they could not source one from a store for me and she says they cannot do that without even giving a reason. I then ask for a supervisor and she tells me all that she was telling me was from her supervisor so i insisted, Aubrey comes on the phone and as i explain to him, the call cuts and nobody calls you back, as i thought would happen, they have my details and still could not call back. I cannot believe how unprofessional some of these consultants sound and they work at the retentions department, you want to retain my business by dealing with my query like this. Unbelievable.
Order 5892COTD, i did not receive my A4 Cinema Light in my delivery. i have sent multiple emails and no response. What kind of service is this? They do not reply, they just ignore your emails, their phone number is permanently off as well.
