Password recovery function not working

I keep on getting emails that I must withdraw my funds before end of May but the password recovery not working. I'm still using same email address and number. I do receive the OTP but the password changing function is not working. I wonder if this is intentional? Why now that we have to withdraw the password changing function isn't functioning?? No response on email sent.
