Nothing works. The website crashed regularly. ***** prevention is a joke with individuals not taking anything seriously. No one takes issues urgently. ***** occurs ALL the time. They seriously damage your business and dont link twice about it. The bank is a liability and honestly the customer service is just beyond terrible. Switch your banking before its too late.
Website is beyond poor. Never ever works. The site is slow, the card payment gateway crashes every two seconds. They ask you to check their stock before you even order online. Who does that? If an item is not available, don't advertise it and allow payment to be taken. The entire website is a giant con. Please do not do business with this company.
Ordered Pepper Bullets at R2,000 on 10 March 2020, from Craig. He says, original Wadia. Says he has them in stock and can immediately ship. Paid. 17 March he says, they’re leaving the warehouse and would arrive in the next few days. Nothing. 22nd of March, driver will be with you any day now. Nothing. 24th March reconfirmed delivery address, says the driver is on the way. Nothing. I begin to suspect I’m being scammed. I chase and argue why it’s taking 3 weeks to deliver something he said he had immediate availability of. 26th, something arrives. 20 bullets arrive. They are home made bullets, with wax all over them, in a complete mess. If you say the pictures you’d be horrified. Over 200 were paid for, I got 20. Messaged to say these aren’t originals, they’re home made and you’re having a laugh. Blames the supplier and says he’ll give me a refund. 28th, no refund. 31st asks for confirmation of my bank account details, says his boss will fire him for the refund. But still nothing. Chased daily. Nothing. 24th May, says he’s been retrenched so no refund and chase the main company. Moral of the story, stay far far away from this con artist company. Promises on the never never and it’s all lies.
7th of June I wrote to Airgun Nut enquiring on stock. A Chantelle responded a day later saying they had stock. Having been scammed a few times, and not wanting to get caught by supply issues over a R16,000 Airgun I asked if they could provide a photo of the gun to show me they had it in stock before I parted with my money. No response. A good few days later I decided to take a chance and ordered online, but their card facility was offline and so the site said it would contact me. Days went by with nothing. I then contacted Eugene, the owner, to enquire if they actually want to do business. I got a curt short reply saying, they’re understaffed due to Covid and so aren’t able to fully answer emails though not sure why outlook wouldn’t work from home? I then got an invoice, from an Aquila Optics, with a payment link. Would you know it, the PayPal payment link didn’t work either. Sent a screenshot to Eugene to say, how am I going to pay you as none of your payment gateways work. No response. Days went by, I chased him, no response. My last email to him, before I cut all ties with this company and implore the world to steer clear of it is, a customer should not be chasing a business to do business with them. He’s got this the wrong way round. Please don’t use this company because as a customer you’ll spend all your time trying to go somewhere only to find you won’t. Lucky I didn’t part with my money which shows I was right to be cautious. One to steer clear of.
