Constantly getting calls and being sent emails saying I’m in errors when the account with Old Mutual is paid up and the DD was set up with them. When I WhatsApp them, Sicelo says I should ignore the calls but also he ignores me when I ask for a paid-up letter which Sapna Ruthub initially said will be available after 21 business days of making the payment. The payment was made 2 months ago.
I've called Vericred a number of times trying to get a clearance letter. They either remain silent on the phone till they hung up, say I'll receive it within 24-48 hours which doesn't happen or say they checked on their system and saw that I requested it and therefore need to speak to a manager and then hang up. I finished paying last year October and getting the clearance letter has been such a hassle.
