Absolutely ******* and dishonest. A call out was made to help unlock a security gate. The call out fee was R150.00. After putting two *****s in the lock (not even replacing it) and then telling us it will probably break soon we were charged R3 200.00. The technician was there for 1 hour and spent most of that time standing in our house talking about his personal life. The technician refused to leave without a proof of payment, when asked for a tax invoice we were threatened. We eventually receive the invoice from a company called Gauteng mobile services and repairs with no Reg number and no fee breakdown. STAY FAR AWAY!!!
Baby Benifits have not assisted me with my maternity claim even though i paid them R700.00 before they would do anything! I recieved no assistance as their emails do not work and they do not answer their phones. They put no effort into assisting me and ignored many of my requests for help. They changed my Ufiling details without telling me and never let me know what the password was. I have had to personally go to the UIF myself and have been on the phone with them for the past 5 months and still i have not been paid because of their multiple attempts of sending documentation to them. The UIF even explained how this agency does not submit correct documentation and leave their customers in the dark. I am disgusted and will make sure that i advise as many people as i can to stay away from using their services!
