UNACCEPTABLE SERVICES
Unfortunately, I have to say this is by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in our 16 years of business with different providers. Our 2024 started off very badly as we've been struggling to get work done at our offices due to our internet connection constantly being off. For the past 2 weeks it has gone worse as it is completely off for days without any adequate explanation or reason from ICTglobe. Keep in mind we run a business and we too have a service to provide to our customers and no one wants excuses as to why you are unable to deliver your services promptly. I would NOT refer anyone to ICTGlobe as their services or LACK of Services is pathetic and could lead to damages should you run a business. Do NOT make the mistake of trusting your businesses with INTERNET CONNECTION from ICTGlobe. WE HAVE TRIED BY ALL MEANS TO BE PATIENT AND WE HAVE GIVEN YOU GUYS AMPLE TIME TO SORT OUT YOUR MESS BUT THIS IS REDICULOUS AS WE GOING INTO THE THIRD WEEK WITH THE SAME PROBLEM!!!

Unacceptable Service
I have tried by all means to get an amicable solution to the poor service I received from Coolstair. I used the company to do my staircases at Eye of Africa and I am not pleased at all by the work they have done. Coolstair blatantly refuse to rectify the unacceptable work they have done for me Please be advised that all treads have been thoroughly checked structurally and the bouncing treads have been checked, reinforced and secured. The staircase is now stabilized. We bent over backwards to ensure all was done to ensure staircase was perfect. Each tread was checked and found to be structurally strong. We poured concrete on the 22nd August, this staircase was not supposed to be walked on until it was ready to be tiled and area completed - not walking on this staircase was specifically requested as is a cantilever staircase. That is the response I received from them after informing them of my plans to place a review on Hellopeter since I was unable to get any response from them for a week. I asked to speak to the director as well and have not received a response for my request either.

Johannesburg's most - not so smart Con Man!!!
Thank you Kind regards Andre J.F.N The Visa Guy We have been scammed by this crook with the amount of R9000.00 and have NOT received any response from him after payment has been made to him. This guy has been scamming a lot of people out of their hard-earned money as he comes across as reliable. I will not leave this lying down as I explained to him in numerous messages, we will meet in court if need be, but your scamming stops here, with me Andre!!!

Extremely Unacceptable Workmanship
We've been in business for many years & have used a lot of companies for different reasons but I honestly have to say SA Floors was our worst mistake ever. They came out and did our warehouse of which we almost spent R80 000 early last year. We've been trying to get them to come out & see their unacceptable workmanship as our floors has been peeling of since June last year. We keep talking to Jacques who keeps making promises to come out but as soon as he knows we called him from a certain number he then blocks that nr so we unable to call him. We took some pictures and wanted to post it here but unfortunately there is no option for posting pictures. We too are currently liaising with our lawyers as we want to take legal action against them. Jacques Malan needs to know that he's quality of work is nothing but a total RIP OFF!!!!
