Annual Vehicle Service - Wonderful Service received from Service Consultant at ECM East London
Since being a MotorHappy client for the past 5+ years for the first time they are rejecting to pay for a part that needed to be removed in order to access the part to be replaced as part of the major service. This is not the first major service my car has had and on the previous major service and all other services the cost was covered in full. I did escalate it, however they stick to their story they refucing to pay in full.
This relates to Woolworths Food Stop at Engen Petrol Station situated at 333 Durban Rd Bellville. This morning, at 05h10, I stopped to buy the seed loaf brown bread and there was nothing on the shelf. I asked assistance from one of the staff, busy unpacking perishables. She advised me that it us sold out. Innocently I asked what time they will deliver, because in my mind she would refer to the stock of the day before being sold out. She then continue to advise me that the delivery had been there already and the bread was sold out. I then asked her, sold out at this time of the morning...? Which she replied to "yes". I find this very odd and even though it might be seen as "just a loaf of bread" to some...to me it is just seems highly unlikely that at the shop where I stop at least 3 times a week, of which two of those days I purchase this specific loaf of bread, this was the response I received.
I made an online purchase for goods and paid for it electronically via the Makro website. My order was cancelled and I received an email from Makro stating that they did not have stock of the item ordered and that a refund would be processed in 7 to 10 working days. I then proceeded to go back online the next day and the same items were still available online, I sent an email to the same person advising them of same. No response from the person I emailed and then logged into the Makro online store again the day after to check item availability of the same items - still in stock. I emailed the same person at Makro again - no response.
