Horrible service

I have a very bad experience with Ronnies Motors service department.I would not recommend them to anybody.I am going to take them to the Ombudsman regarding the feedback I got from them after the vehicle was checked by them and serviced twice by them.They still haven't fixed my problem or giving me any indication what the problem is on the vehicle what it was booked in for.
