Sloppy work. When reported to Indran & Joshua via Whatsapp I was promised they would come out and fix it. They never came. Please be wary.
My Telkom lte was working for a few weeks after purchase then suddenly the sim was blocked. I logged a ticket for this 2 weeks ago and only get feedback when phoning the call centre. Each time they only try and do something when i call. The issue is still not resolved even after suggesting a sim swop which was scoffed at. No real intent on customer service here.
