Useless Bank
I must say you are the worse bank ever in SA, your service is appalling being it's at your branches or over the phone it's the same. To think that you make over a million à year with our business account and yet u gave us a run around when we applied for home loan. I'm not even going to start about the fact that since September last year my husband has been waiting for his account to be upgraded to your prestige account until today nothing has been done. We are moving our accounts to a different bank. Standard bank is useless and full of people who have got no idea on how to deal with clients or can not use basic common sense. The whole of 2019 I had to fight all the time get something done by you guy. And all my friends who bank with Standard bank complain about the appalling service.

Useless Bank
Your service is appalling. At the branch over the phone you guys are the same. No one seems to know anything. Thank you for giving all kind of lame excuses just not to give us a bond but you make over a million with our business account. And we will be closing down all our accounts with you guys. Cause u are useless!
