I have always been a very loyal Discovery member. We have our life insurance with Discovery, a Credit Card and we are on one of their best Medical Aids (Classic Comprehensive) which we pay a fortune for. My children and I went to the Dentist in April 2022 and I submitted everything on the 5th of May 2020. After absolutely no communication from Discovery I call and get told there is a problem they cant see the dates. I send everything through again making sure the dates are legible. I have to wait again for 3 days and upon hearing nothing from Discovery yet again I call only to get told they cant see the tooth numbers. I send everything through again and have to wait another 3 days. I as usual have to follow up cause Discovery do not communicate with their clients. This time I get told they cant see something else on the claim. I have now taken pictures of the invoices, I have downloaded and had to pay for a scanning App on my phone and have sent the invoices again in another two formats. Now I have to wait another 3 days after telling my bank the bond would be paid tomorrow. This is pathetic service from Discovery. I have had absolutely no assistance or feedback, they just continue to reject my claim each and every time with no communication! I have had to use the money for my bond to pay this dentist and now I cant get the money back from medical aid. This is the kind of service you get when signing up with one of their best products. Wonder if there will be a response on here or if they just ignore their clients on every platform.
I will never buy from Shein again as their Churchill International Express is the worst courier company I have ever dealt with. They have been promising my package for a week now and everyday I get different excuses. Its been difficult as my packages has been added to their system as delivered and signed for. I am still waiting, it takes longer to get from Durban to Durban than it did from China!!
