I logged a collection with jarred from church Hill international express yesterday the 17 October 2022 and it was collected, the parcel was supposed to be delivered today and according to tracking it was sent out for delivery this morning. I have spoken to jarred he could not help saying driver took it for delivery and will get back to me but hasn't..I have called every number listed but it doesn't work and now jarred as blocked my calls.. there isn't any contact numbers for the JHB brunch also, what kind of service is this? Why is there no numbers working that is listed for this company? Why are you guys giving us the run around for our parcels. This is very unprofessional Really and all landlines are down ..why are businesses like these allow d to operate in South Africa.. managers need to contact us

My parcel was initially supposed to be delivered last week Thursday (26 May 2022) - nothing was received. On Friday, May 27th I called Churchills International Express and spoke to Ally, she advised that the parcel would be delivered that day. By 4pm nothing was delivered and I called again - she said that the agent had too many parcels for Friday but guaranteed that it would be delivered on Saturday. I asked her whether the drivers worked on Saturday and she assured me that because I expected delivery Thursday already, they will make a plan for me. The weekend passed with no delivery. I called Churchills International Express again this morning (Monday May 30th) and this time spoke to Lindsay - she called the agent and then advised me that they cannot deliver my parcel because of me living in a red area but someone called Stephanie will call me back. Stephanie would call me and let me know where I needed to meet her to fetch my parcel. I called back at 3.30pm and told Lindsay that no one called - she said she will try calling Stephanie and get back to me. I called at 4.36pm and Lindsay had already left. I called Style Phase SA Home also at 3.36pm and spoke to Thandeka who promised to follow-up - no response. At 5.30pm I called Churchills International Express and got hold of Jared who said he was on the nightshift but also promised to call me back within an hour - no response. I find this unacceptable because no one seems to know what is happening. I paid for a courier service to my door and now I am told I need to meet Stephanie somewhere to get it from her. I made arrangements for someone to be at my home on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Monday and no one had the decency to let me know what was happening. This is a pathetic service and I want a full refund because clearly I am not getting my parcel.

I will never buy from Shein again as their Churchill International Express is the worst courier company I have ever dealt with. They have been promising my package for a week now and everyday I get different excuses. Its been difficult as my packages has been added to their system as delivered and signed for. I am still waiting, it takes longer to get from Durban to Durban than it did from China!!

I will never buy from Shein again as their Churchill International Express is the worst courier company I have ever dealt with. They have been promising my package for a week now and everyday I get different excuses. Its been difficult as my packages has been added to their system as delivered and signed for. I am still waiting, it takes longer to get from Durban to Durban than it did from China!!

Good day, well there is nothing good about this day! I am so disgusted by the service I have gotten from this company so far, I usually ship parcels with 'Buffalo Logistics' from China which I still do, when parcels get to RSA they get handed over to local courier companies. At first, they were using 'Fast Ways' it was the best so far and no that they are using this disgusting company my parcels are getting lost in transit. At first, it was a Cellphones, I have been trying to call the company for the past week, all they say is they will get back to me. We try to call at least 3 times a day, but we have still received no feedback from them. Yet the parcel on the tracking system shows as received by the client. I have just tracked another parcel now, it shows that the client has received the parcel and yet there was nothing received at all. When we try to call them today they are just dropping calls on us. I am so disgusted and extremely annoyed by their service and at this stage, it is ruining my business as I am not able to deliver to my customers. I want my parcels back, after this, I will report directly to 'Buffallo Logistics' which I have been using for over 2 years with no complaints!

Purely worst service ever. All the phone numbers are not reachable. I kept having to follow up on my parcel and I was not getting straight answers. They all have contradicting feedback. Utterly disappointed and disgusted .

Dealt with the top manager named Kim, was very unprofessional in her conduct, the company sends multiple invoices which was very confusing, they contact me 2 months later to tell me that there is an outstanding balance, I asked for help to investigate the matter and Kim told me the invoice number that was outstanding, her tone was very unfriendly and confrontational, if I did not understand something she would say buty I have told you 10 times already and had no patience, she would constantly speak over me and I found it difficult to get any questions in. I have never experienced such an unprofessional attitude, when sending items with this courier service over a period of 2 months our products were destroyed, and it was also a battle to get the courier service to take responsibility for this, I am using another service now even though I pay extra, but I will not support such disgusting behavior and being treated in such a threatening manner.

Have been waiting for a parcel for two days. Johannesburg telephone just rings and then stops. Eventually spoke to Ally in Durban who advised me that the parcel was road freight and the company that has the parcel has THREE days to deliver the parcel. Who then decides which parcels are delivered and when?
