I had the pleasure of using CK Coachworks, in Retreat, to fix my front bumper after an accident and I am so impressed with their service. From the time I dropped the car, - the receptionists were so friendly - my consultant, Danny, ensured that I was always up to date on the progress - Reagan, the Quality Controller, made sure I was happy with the work when I collected. My car was in a better state than it was when I initially dropped it off because of the pride they take in their work. Overall a 100/10 for excellent customer service and friendliness.
Over the weekend my EPC light went on and Google put me in a panic because the results showed that something is malfunctioning in my car. I drove past Car Care Clinic in Tokai and decided to give them a call when I got to the office. I had the pleasure of speaking to David. He was extremely helpful and asked me to bring my car to their workshop. In less than 30 min he found the issue, it was a problem with my lights. He replaced it and the problem was fixed. This was all done at NO CHARGE. Its not often you find this type of customer service, I was really impressed. THANK YOU!!!
At the end of last year I moved to Affinity Health and I have constantly been impressed with their helpfulness, customer service, professionalism and quick turnaround time. The consultants and health professionals that I have dealt with are friendly and polite ALL THE TIME!! Moving to Affinity Health was definitely the best decision I could have made.
Two weeks ago I had the pleasure of dealing with Anche -> she resolved my query in record time and constantly kept me up to date. I am so glad I changed to Affinity Health because the level of excellent customer service I receive from them goes beyond what I received from my previous medical aid company.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Anche via Whatsapp today and what a pleasure it was. I recently joined Affinity Health and noticed that my son's date of birth was incorrect. I initially sent her the incorrect info :( and only noticed once she had already made the change. I then sent her the correct info and she gladly updated it again WITHIN MINUTES. This is definitely the type of customer service that I wish all businesses had. Thank you Anche for being so helpful and efficient. much appreciated!

My parcel was initially supposed to be delivered last week Thursday (26 May 2022) - nothing was received. On Friday, May 27th I called Churchills International Express and spoke to Ally, she advised that the parcel would be delivered that day. By 4pm nothing was delivered and I called again - she said that the agent had too many parcels for Friday but guaranteed that it would be delivered on Saturday. I asked her whether the drivers worked on Saturday and she assured me that because I expected delivery Thursday already, they will make a plan for me. The weekend passed with no delivery. I called Churchills International Express again this morning (Monday May 30th) and this time spoke to Lindsay - she called the agent and then advised me that they cannot deliver my parcel because of me living in a red area but someone called Stephanie will call me back. Stephanie would call me and let me know where I needed to meet her to fetch my parcel. I called back at 3.30pm and told Lindsay that no one called - she said she will try calling Stephanie and get back to me. I called at 4.36pm and Lindsay had already left. I called Style Phase SA Home also at 3.36pm and spoke to Thandeka who promised to follow-up - no response. At 5.30pm I called Churchills International Express and got hold of Jared who said he was on the nightshift but also promised to call me back within an hour - no response. I find this unacceptable because no one seems to know what is happening. I paid for a courier service to my door and now I am told I need to meet Stephanie somewhere to get it from her. I made arrangements for someone to be at my home on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Monday and no one had the decency to let me know what was happening. This is a pathetic service and I want a full refund because clearly I am not getting my parcel.
I have a maintenance plan with Avis and contacted Battery Centre Tokai to have my battery replaced. I am completely disgusted by their service. I spoke to Jonathan and he basically told me the process is to long and had a list of reasons why he couldn't or didn't want to help me. I explained that I wouldn't mind waiting as my plan covers the battery and I don't mind waiting as it would save me from spending extra money. His attitude was - he doesn't want to help as it is to much effort. I am really disappointed in the service I received!
I booked a SweepStar this past Saturday (Nomxolisi Mbambani) and I was so impressed. She is by far the best SweepStar I have had the opportunity to work with. Not only was Nomxolisi friendly and efficient but she left my house SPOTLESS. I was amazed and will definitely choose her with my next booking!! <p>On Monday I had the privilege of dealing with Gabriel Maake. He assisted me with changing my insurance as I was going to trade in my existing car and purchasing a new one.</p> <p>Not only was he friendly and efficient but he kept in contact with me to confirm DQ tracker installations as well as de-installation of existing tracker at dealer AND to top it all, my imnstallment was lower than I expected. I'm so used to receiving pathetic customer service in SA that this is a breath of fresh air.</p> <p>Thank You Gabriel and Discovery Insure.</p>
