I am writing this review with so much anger and disappointment!!!!! Early this year I contacted the company and sent an email to request for a cancellation, I received a response meaning the received my request. My contract with this ]pathetic company ended ages ago and I did not renew and I made it known that I am not interested in renewing this stupid cointract but the company continued to debit my account till this very day. I WANT YOU TO RECTIFY THIS TODAY AND REFUND ALL MY MONEY FROM THE MONTH MY CONTRACT EXPIRED!!!!!!!
Good day, well there is nothing good about this day! I have been using your services for over 2 years now and had not many issues but this time I lost two of my parcels and the courier company you handed over to my two parcels they care less about my parcels. I paid you directly and I gave my parcels to you directly. I tried calling your agents too for the past week and they were not helpful at all. I want my parcels back soon. I am sick and tired of this. Sort out this,mess!!!!!!!!! To Churchills International: I am so disgusted by the service I have gotten from this company so far, I usually ship parcels with 'Buffalo Logistics' from China which I still do, when parcels get to RSA they get handed over to local courier companies. At first, they were using 'Fast Ways' it was the best so far and no that they are using this disgusting company my parcels are getting lost in transit. At first, it was a Cellphones, I have been trying to call the company for the past week, all they say is they will get back to me. We try to call at least 3 times a day, but we have still received no feedback from them. Yet the parcel on the tracking system shows as received by the client. I have just tracked another parcel now, it shows that the client has received the parcel and yet there was nothing received at all. When we try to call them today they are just dropping calls on us. I am so disgusted and extremely annoyed by their service and at this stage, it is ruining my business as I am not able to deliver to my customers. I want my parcels back, after this, I will report directly to 'Buffallo Logistics' which I have been using for over 2 years with no complaints!

I would like ti share just how unprofessional African Bank is.On the 12th of March 2021 I tried to apply online for a personal loan, I could not complete my application online and I had to call them. I called them and completed the application telephonically, I was told to send off my documents(bank statement, payslips and ID). I sent the documents on the 12th of March 2021 to the email address I was given by the person who was assisting me. I did not get back a reply to acknowledge the documents. I had to call again to ask if the got the documents, I was told that my ID was outstanding. I resent my ID immediately and still I did not get any reply from them, I had to call again after some days to ask if they got all my documents, I was told they got everything but my application had expired already. Mind you each time I called them I spent about R50 airtime on the calls. Last time I called them I told them I was spending so much money calling them and they don't reply to calls. The lady told me to request a call back online, I did that it's been a full week now I have not gotten a call back from them or to give me any feedback regarding my application. So all in all I wasted a lot of money trying to bring them business as a potential customer!!
Good day! I have a contract with Cartrack that was ending last year September 2020. They continued with orders even thought the contract had ended, I sent them an email to cancel the contract. They replied and said they will send me an cancellation form which I never got to this day. They are still continuing to debit my account even though I told them to stop effectively. They are worst than a Nightmare!!!!
I paid up my account and now I am struggling to get my paid up letter. They still have my name listed, worst service ever!!!!!!!

These are one of the reasons why we fail to support Black Business.I gave them a call on their Head office which I believe should have all the information at all times when we enquire.They could not give me the Prices of what i was requesting, they gave me the contact details of the Silulo in Khayelitsha I tried calling them several times and both numbers were on Voicemail. I tried in-boxing them here on their page and I got pathetic service as well after telling them that I can't get through to their Khayelitsha Branch they still referred me to them.I am so disappointed in this Team and have decided to take my business else where and they were not bothered by that either. Even when you go to their Shops their service is still very poor.You guys are really making it hard for us to support your work, after this experience I will never even recommend the place! ? One of the management Lonwabo Rani was informed of the situation and they only came back to me the following day with a lousy apology "Good day Busiswa....on behalf of the Silulo Ulutho Technologies we received the unpleasant services you received from us yesterday and we want to take the opportunity to apologize to you and thank you so much again to show interest into our business, we hope you will find this well....and have a great day ahead" He or they were not even bothered to know if I still required the services or not! After telling them that I will add my review on hello Peter they responded with ?this emoticon. People please make informed decisions when choosing such services more people are complaining about them!
