I was made to pay an extra R800 by the facilitator because of their terrible administration. She later realised she made a mistake & asked that I log a refund first week December2021, which was supposed to take max 7 days to process. It is now February 2022 I have still not received my money. All I get is "i will follow up"

I just went to Silulo in Phillipi Junction Mall an hour ago.First I was informed that to scan a page its R5 each page ,meaning if its back to back,it will be R10 .To send the scan to an email its R10.Even though on their price board its stated that its R3.However I paid anyway.Im currently working from home,so I visited the branch during my lunch time,so I can scan my son's school application before the school secretary closes. The shop is 30 minutes from my place. So after scanning,I asking the guy helping if it went through as I repeatedly provided my email address and he said yes. However when I got there was no email sent to my email address from Silulo.I search for their number on the web and I called both numbers for Silulo Plaza and Silulo Junction mall but in vain.I went to the Silulo Ulutho technologies web site.I got a number which was listed under"contacts".The lady I spoke to said she will provide me with the numbers of someone who is at the Junction Mall numbers. The number went straight to voicemail.I used a landline on their web site, the number did not exist.I called called the Philipi Village number, and the lady said she is in Eastern Cape I must call back after an hour so that she can give me the numbers for someone at the branch in Junction Mall.In conclusion I spent 20 mins.trying to get hold of Silulo Junction Mall but being sent from pillar to post.As of yet,I still have not received any scan sent via my email from Silulo which costed me R20 a page

We ordered a Doogee phone and Wireless charger in February. In the meantime we have received the phone but waited for the charger. After numerous phone calls and emails they eventually replied on 9 June saying they cant supply us with the charger and they will refund us. The confirmed receiving our bank details, but now its been almost a month and still we have not received our refund and they are not replying to our emails.

I found a phone at a good price via PriceCheck and then I phoned the number just to make sure the operation sounded legit. It was a good conversation. So I proceeded to purchase the R4700 phone via the website. First it showed R350 delivery fee which seemed a bit steep. I proceeded to payment and the checkout screen flashed briefly and showed the delivery fee had increased to R900 and the payment screen now showed I owed R5600. That's dishonest business practice. I phoned to clarify, but no answer.
