So on on the 28 Nov 2025 Rain deducted R3000 on my bank account without authorization.The normal deduction date is the 1st of every month.I lodge a complaint and they **** here on Hello Peter that they will contact me.Until to day I have not received ay feedback from these ****mers.On the 30 November 2025 I requested for my subscription to be cancelled.I was promised that I was going to be assisted with cancellation,after chatting to their chatbot named Sam and Laila that keep repeating themselves.On the 1 November 2025 they sent me a payment reminder SMS,I asked for the feedback regarding my initial complaint.They said that a refund takes between 7 and 10 working day.To my surprise my subscription was disconnected on the 3rd due to no payment.I tried to make an arrangement,they said that my Promised to pay was up to date.Mind you I work from home and its important that I have wifi network.Do I have to take legal action or what is it that I have to do.Cos when I want to cancel no one is assosting me and when I want to make arrangements,no one want to assist me.Kanti what the **** do I need to do?????
Please stay away from Rain as possible.I do not have any contract with them. My debit only gets off on the 1st.of every month and they have just deducted R3000 without any authorization. Even their customer service is ****ed up with consultants with weird accents. Very ****ming company with a ****ed up network coverage
I took out a loan with Mpowa on the 5/09/2025.The payment date according to their contract was the 23/9/2025,even though I get paid on the last day of the month.They tried to deduct on the 23rd but could not find any funds.They sent me a reminder with banking details.I made a manual payment using the banking details they provided on the 29/9/2025.To my surprise they deducted on the 30/9/2025,and further offered me another loan.I went through my bank statement after I took the loan offer.Instead of paying me back the amount the deducted.They cleared the loan I took a day after I deducted with interest.Meaning I took a one day loan with 50% interest.Is that even lawful MPOWA FINANCE?
Never again sana if you want to lose your mind. Their turn around time is ridiculous, consultants give you different stories. I have been waiting for a refund since the 17 June 2025 which was supposed to be processed after 30 business days(only advised later).Contacted them after 30 days and they advised they will provide feedback on the 19 August 2025.Very inconsiderate bank, all they do is apologize instead of assisting.
Very pathetic services.The only thing they good at is extending investigation time frame with no assistance.Its gonna be a third month now waiting for funds to be processed,instead they keep asking for proof of payments that I have been sending.They just advice that they will provide feedback in August...***!
30 days later I still have not received my refund which was made on the 17 June 2025 about the purchase made on the 29 April 2025.I contacted my bank(TYME BANK and the have no information about the refund, instead they keep requesting for proof of refund. May you kindly assist please
I am not sure whether it is TEMU or TYME BANK but between the two someone is giving me a run around.I made few purchases on the 29 April 2025.However I requested for refund when I noticed that I purchased duplicate products.I requestd for a refund on the 17 June 2025.TEMU provided me with the proof refund and stated that my bank instituion will allocate the fund with the next 7-8 business days,meaning I should expect funds on the 26-27 June 2025.However I still did not receive any funds.I contacted TYME BANK on the 30 June 2025.The consulted advise that it was 7-14 working days for TEMU refunds.Therefore I expected the funds on the 7-8 July 2025.They lodge a ticket on my behalf and further requested for the proof of purchase/refund and that I will receive feedback in the next 3 business day.I forwarded same on the 7th July 2025.After the 3 days passed.I contacted them.And they advised they will contact me after 3 days.After 3 days they told me to send the same documents/proof again and feedback will be given with in 3 business days AGAIN.And I still have not received any assistance from Tyme bank until today.I contacted TEMU and they advised that the refund was sent to my bank institution,therefore I need to contact TYME BANK..
Very rude staff at Ackermans Phillipi Junxion.Your staff need training regarding payment options/method relating to purchasing at Ackermans.I was not happy with the way the staff spoke to me infront of my son when I went to purchase a school jersey with the Payflex option.The lady with the dreadlocks that was attending to me.Advised me that they do not accept nor know anything about Payflex.Mind you I googled online and purchased online using Payflex at Ackermans,however what we wanted was available in store,hence we went to Ackermans at the Junxion Mall. Do better Ackermans,inform your staff about the new changes that are happening at your stores.
I would like to show appreciation for Janine Swart who was assisting me with placement for my son at school after the Department of Education failed me. She kept me updated everyday and made sure that I was provided with feedback from the Department.Thank you so much for your patience Janine.
I would just like to warn everyone to becareful of the so called Tyme Bank Ambassadors at The Fix Canal Walk. I just got ****** few minutes ago after one of the ladies helped me get a new card.The girl who was apparently helped me is Ababalwe. After she helped me with a card replacement. Someone logged into my account and transferred funds under reference "birthday". So everyone be warnwd coz Tyme bank customer service will not pick up your call although theres a number for ***** on every machines and app of theirs
