Natalie's demeanor was quite disgusting, make sure to ask for quotes, this place gives you bad attitude when asking for quotes as well as have a very rude demeanour when asking genuine questions, overly priced and hidden costs, beware and use caution if dealing with this business, they try and intimidate people into not asking further questions by being rude, when wanting to make a call to confirm if the person who is going to pay is happy with the amount they also threaten to go to other patients and leave you then come back, absolutely disgusting.
Dealt with the top manager named Kim, was very unprofessional in her conduct, the company sends multiple invoices which was very confusing, they contact me 2 months later to tell me that there is an outstanding balance, I asked for help to investigate the matter and Kim told me the invoice number that was outstanding, her tone was very unfriendly and confrontational, if I did not understand something she would say buty I have told you 10 times already and had no patience, she would constantly speak over me and I found it difficult to get any questions in. I have never experienced such an unprofessional attitude, when sending items with this courier service over a period of 2 months our products were destroyed, and it was also a battle to get the courier service to take responsibility for this, I am using another service now even though I pay extra, but I will not support such disgusting behavior and being treated in such a threatening manner.

Kicked me off the network because I had a problem they cant solve, I moved to another provider and they solved it in one day. AFRIHOST - I hope no one wastes their time, absolute dog ****.

Warren who is the owner is aggressive, rude and unprofessional, they are advertising that you can "Get in shape in 12 weeks while eating what you want" Is completely false marketing and advertising, on attempting to discuss this further Warren was beligerante, rude and aggressive, deflecting the real issue which was the advertising, however he escalated the situation by being completely unprofessional, rude and just a very disgusting behavior for a so called upper market service he is providing.
Quicksure, my car was broken into over 5 - 6 weeks ago, my car is not touched, It has been suggested that I am a fraudster by monique / monnica the team leader at quicksure, because of this my car has been untouched, they have delayed this entire process, I have called over 30 times in the past 30 days, the director is NEVER available, Melanie his P.A is unreliable, she has told me on numerous occasions that he would get back to me, he hasnt bothered contacting me at ALL, Analise, takes forever to approve my quote, she says she has other quotes even though I have been waiting over 5 weeks, they sent me to pannel beaters who FURTHER damaged my car, they refuse to provide me with a courtesy vehicle even though I am waiting over 5 weeks, they are rude, billigeant, unable to follow instructions, put you through to people that never pick up their phones, NEVER EVER use this insurance company if you can even call them that, they are designed to mess you around, I have started 3 blog websites which I will be ranking on google to make sure people are aware of this service, NOBODY should ever have to deal with this, they broke into my dads car, he is with outsurance, 3 days layer its fixed!
I ordred Mcfeast spicy, coke, 6 nuggets with jalapeno sauce, after I paid I noticed that the chips were a mess in the bag, they only provided me with 5 nuggets and the burger they provided was a mcfeast delux, something to note is that within the last year this is the 7th time I have had issues with my order, taking into account the amount I order with mcdonalds that's about 30 - 35% of the time they ruin my order, I called the call centre again where I was venting out my frustration as it was the 7th time I had this incident with mcdonalds milnerton, they only contacted me 4 hours later to ask if I was still hungry and if they can deliver me my meal after I was forced to go out and get food, the call centre was on the defensive and coming up with excuses the last words were we apologise but that there is nothing else they can do to help, the hung up the phone, I spend R95 and about R50 on airtime another R40 on airtime attempting to call my bank and reverse the transaction however they were unable to do so, in total a meal that was ruined, I landed up paying R200 thus including the tip I paid the driver.... I want to be compensated! considering calling the consumer protector!!!!!!
