**** of a bus company, if you want to get stranded then book with this bus company, I booked a bus in November for the deputure date of 27 December 2024 at 20;00 pm to go to Mount Frere Eastern Cape, only for the bus not to come not even a call or email from the company explaining what was the issue or what was wrong when you go to the office on the date ot enquire we found out that the ticket clerk left on 24 December 2024 and they closed, tried to call their no.on the date and it went to voicemail, till today went to the office and the office is still closed and no. Still goes to voicemail, security says they left without any note and they do not know if or when they will be back and today is the 6th of January 2025 and no hopes of refund from the company, so book at your own risk or if you have an alternative should the bus not come....
Horrible experience, no communication, no call no sms, bus did not even show up, when you call the numbers they go to voicemail, we waitited for 3 hours from 20;00 pm when bus was supposed to be leaving nothing, bought ticket in November for 27 December but they did not even bother to communicate& their offices were closed we were stranded in Johannesburg Park Station, ...Fly by Night Transport, to say disappointed or angry is an understatement....MXM
Went there with my husband on the 27th/02/2022 and bought Castrol Oil 5 Litre and got double charged for it by the cashier for R465 when i went back to show them the sms notification i was told that it would reverse in a few minutes the second charge i should leave my contact number with them so they can call after 30 minutes to check if it did reverse we then decided to sit and wait at the packing lot for that 30 minutes but it did not reverse, a person called after 2 hours and said on their system it says it has cancelled and we should receive the reversal before the end of the day but it did not, the following day we went back and spoke to Thembeni Nkosi and she gave us her email address to send the bank statement and notification of witch we did but till today i still have not received any feedback or response regarding my money, I know cashiers do this especially month end to unsuspecting customers but i never thought a building material company would do this, I am so mad and fed up with these people because it is my money mxm.
This company has the most horrible service ever, when you call in at theircall centre the agents there hang up on you, when you go to the walk in centres thye agents there are also useless, i am helping out a pensioner of 68 years her electricity was cut off without a valid reason when we enquirer we are told that it is becuase she has a lot of electricity in her meter box, the other agent said that it is because she is buying little electricity and it is not to the satisfaction of ESKOM, so no one really knows why they cut off her electricity as she is buying it every month and found that the is nothing illegal yet they still cut of her electricity with no reason given.
