I have found that The Courier Guy is the best courier company which I have used time and again. Thank you for being such an efficient company.
I have 2 properties on the market for sale and as a result of my adverts, I have received at least 10 phone calls - each one from a different Rawson Properties person - but all trying to get me to sell by auction with Rawsons properties. I have asked at least half of those people to remove me off their list, which they have promised to do.

I bought a new Vertuo Nespresso machine and after registering it, went to buy some capsules. The ones I wanted were not in stock, so the lady at the desk suggested I buy a "similar" one she recommended. I bought the "similar" ones, but only got to try them out about a week later as I first finished using the last few capsules on my old machine. The recommended coffee was absolutely awful, so I went back to exchange the other sleeves, and I was told "you're two days late we cannot change them". Eventually she said she could change them, but I would have to pay extra on the new ones as I bought the other 10 sleeves with a voucher and she wouldn't do a straight swop on the two sleeves of coffee even tho they were the same price. I felt that they hid behind the "system" that would not "allow" this swop and said they would not refer to the manager either. Really felt that they did not want to help.
I have bought a number of techie things from FirstShop and they're always delivered promptly and efficiently. Thank you FirstShop.
I have unsubscribed from these emails every time I receive them, and they still come into my inbox. How can this be reported and how do I GET RID OF these emails for good ?
Excellent service. My Mac screen was cracked, so they ordered a new one, said it would take 2 weeks and about 1 hour to repair. It did take 2 weeks to arrive, and they took only 1/2 hour to replace it. Very happy with Anton and the company. Would definitely recommend them.
Our pet dog was insured with petsure - the accident plan. Initially Dotsure was very prompt, polite and prepared to help. Our dog had injured her back and we once again took her to the vet as her back legs were not working. While at the vet, he discovered a lump which turned out to be cancerous. She eventually had an operation, then sadly passed away a couple of months later. I tried to claim for the visit to the vet for her back legs, and did not claim for subsequent visits, for the operation or for the euthanasia. Dotsure repudiated the appointment for her legs, then said they would look again. I have not heard anything else from them - not a phone call or an email or anything. Very disappointed.
Lancet, once again you are useless. I don't think you care at all, as there are more than 260,000 complaints, but you send out a standard message to all with the complaint number changed. I have ONCE AGAIN received a demand for R267 rand, but you REFUSE to send me a statement telling me what this is for. Instead you put the collection agency onto us. What appalling service. I will NEVER go to LANCET again.
I asked a lady called Bridget at Tiger Wheel and Tyre, if I could put my car up on a hoist to check the under-side, as I'd driven over something which sounded as I'd ********** the whole bottom of the exposed under-carriage! She kindly drove the car herself, hoisted it up and checked for me. Luckily there were only sc**** marks on the protection plate. There was no charge. Thank you, Bridget, for your excellent customer service.
