Corrie from Metrofibre was absolutely helpful. He went above to make sure everything was connected properly, constantly followed up with me and answered all my queries on time. Excellent service. Would recommend.
This is to shed some light on the extremely degrading experience a friend and I had at Beach Blanket Bohemia and the even more disgusting attitude and response of the staff. We were at the restaurant for dinner on 17 January, and were approached by an older drunk male, who insisted in trying to join us at our table, even reaching out and holding my arm, before walking away when a staff member approached. I called for the manager who said 'He's a regular, don't worry about him' and 'Ag! He's crazy! Lets seat you at another table'. At the new table, another male walked by shortly after, asked if we are okay and immediately leaned over our table and attempted to hold us at our waists, saying 'Ah I'm part of the establishment' and 'I'm just trying to talk to you guys'. The managers response was again extremely dismissive, saying he's a regular customer and he's drunk. By his, and the reaction of other staff, it was clear that this type of behavior was a regularly accepted occurence at the restaurant. Our complaints of discomfort were not taken seriously, nor were those men asked to leave or even approached by the security. We had to leave the restaurant. This is where it starts - these small and disgusting gestures AND the choice of the manager to overlook such an incident. This is why we women are so unsafe in this country! And we've still not gotten a response from the owner!
