Dont buy anything from Cielo Stoneridge
Dont shop at Cielo Stoneridge. For a broken ***** on a handle on a R 6,500 TV unit they want photos and videos. Even the email requesting this information is insulting - if you didnt report breakage within 48 hours of purchase, then you need to justify the breakage to get it fixed. Cielo is really not interested in customers. I have asked for a refund and they can take the TV unit away, let's see what insulting response I get to that request

Owner of this company is a liar
Don't use this company. The owner of the company, Shadrack, left all the old straw from the thatch repairs he had just completed and walked away, expecting us to fork out over R2,000 for it to be removed.

Theft/tampering with Registered Mail
Beware folks, I recevied a registered mail letter this week from the UK with a present of R750 of Woolworths vouchers. But the letter was there and the vouchers had been stolen - the letter had been neatly cut open and the contents removed.<br> So now not even registered mail is safe! I have just become another customer who will not send or ask anyone to send me anything of value.<br> What a shame that the SA Post Office employees care so little that they resort to stealing!
