Now 24 weeks for refund
So back on the 13 Nov 2020 I was stranded in Kenya because the sold me a ticket to a flight that did not exist. They promesed me refund with is 12 weeks. When I followe up on the refund today more than 12 weeks later I was told I never clicked on a link to asked for a refund but if you have a look at my previus post on them they confirmed that they wilp refund me. Who will read an entire email from an incompatant company after they have you stranded in Kenya an clik on a link to conf my canselation of a flight that never ecisted in the first place because the sold me a tucket to a flight that never existed. So now I have cliked the link and now I have to wait another 12 weeks fir refund. Please spear your selfs and never ever do business with TRAVELSTAT
