A Company to be Avoided!!!
What a shocking experience!!! Grant Jacobs is sadly not honest. Over promises and under delivers. Poor communication. Did not do what he promised. Delivery was a week late with toooo many excuses. When the truck arrived, it was another company altogether, and a whole lot of furniture had tipped over. The poor person who was receiving their goods next was in for a nasty shock. Not great care taken with our boxes during offloading. I would recommend that you use a different removal company. Not good at all!!!

Very Poor Service.
Keen Toys is highly unreliable. Although you do EVENTUALLY get your product, there are generally many delays and excuses that cause extended reasons for non delivery. The owner is also not always very good at keeping you informed and can appear to be avoiding making contact. The product is also not as good as it used to be. Sadly, I do not recommend this business at all.
