Great service and price at Spot on Locksmith
Yolando de Buys really went the extra mile for me. I needed a second key for the ignition and central locking for my car which required chip coding. I phoned ahead of time and he was waiting for me when I arrived and attended to me immediately. He was very patient and allayed all my concerns re security by taking time to explain and show me exactly how the whole process worked. He also gave me a great discount. Very courteous and professional service. Can definitely recommend Spot on Locksmith Thanks Yolando. I am one very happy customer

Should be closed down
I shouldn't even be giving a single star for the awful service I'm getting from Grant. Don't even know if he understands Business Ethics, customer service or he's just a cold hearted scamster. For the past month since he picked up my possessions he can't tell me where it is, when will it arrive, mostly doesn't answer my calls and occasional late responses on Whatsapp with a " will advise" reply to my texts. Worst mistake I ever made was do a transaction with this guy. Hope he will respond better to my lawyers.

A Company to be Avoided!!!
What a shocking experience!!! Grant Jacobs is sadly not honest. Over promises and under delivers. Poor communication. Did not do what he promised. Delivery was a week late with toooo many excuses. When the truck arrived, it was another company altogether, and a whole lot of furniture had tipped over. The poor person who was receiving their goods next was in for a nasty shock. Not great care taken with our boxes during offloading. I would recommend that you use a different removal company. Not good at all!!!

Poor service
First time we used him in June, it was a smooth process. He was recommended by someone. We were happy. Second time around, I thought we were being scammed. No communication, no answering of calls, refusal to refund. Grant calls you a million times when you need to book and pay, when he needs to deliver he goes quiet. You have to run after him. We had paid 100% to secure the booking. Luckily we eventually got our goods delivered after a month wait and struggle.

Stay away from this scam
Grant is a scam! For the past 4 weeks he has been saying the truck with arrive on Monday. The Monday’s have come and gone, No reponse, no updates yet the money has been paid. He doesn’t answer my calls, but when I get other people to call he answers. We used him first time on level 4 lockdown and it was a great experience. A month later we needed furniture transported again JHB - EC. He is a headache. He is making an excuse on covid. He does not want to refund the R6500. He has messed with the wrong people this time. My guys are hunting for him and they have located where he is. Today we are getting our money back or else he is sleeping in a cell.

Grant Jacob's need to be arrested. He is a fraudster, a skelm. Paid deposit on our move from Vereeniging to PE, 3 weeks later only 20 boxes, fridge, 2 beds and washing machine arrive. Peter's removals are in Kahoots with him also no feedback from them..... If you are reading this JACOB'S...... I AM COMING FOR YOU YOU WORTHLESS PIECE OF ****.... Disgusting Service
Contract of which I have paid 50% deposit saying arrival 15/02/2019. Whilst now the date has changed, for whatever reason I am not receiving. If the furniture does not arrive as agreed - you will be paying for the change in date of the intercity moving I have scheduled for Saturday 16th, given the furniture arriving 15th. This is going to be R1750 to cancel that move. As well as the rent I am paying for my new home as I CANNOT MOVE IN WITHOUT MY FURNITURE AND HAVE ALREADY PAID MY RENT: R1800. You are therefor liable to pay me R3550 if the furniture does not arrive tomorrow as per attached contract I will contact my attorneys should you not agree to pay for the inconvenience and breech of contact.

The WORST moving company I've seen so far...
SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! This is the WORST experience I have ever had with a moving company. We used a broker who assigned our job to this company, and it was the biggest mistake ever. Trust all of the negative reviews you are seeing, I cannot imagine how some of these people had a good experience with this company. When you have to threaten them with reporting them to police, and getting your attorney involved...thats when you know its bad.

The WORST moving company I've seen so far...
SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! This is the WORST experience I have ever had with a moving company. We used a broker who assigned our job to this company, and it was the biggest mistake ever.
