On the phone for almost 20 minutes trying to get hold of a manager ,all to no avail. Downgraded my line from 100 to a 30 Meg line as I am getting 20 Meg anyway on my 100 Meg line . Payed my account according to what the 30 Meg about is. Now I must still pay for 100 Meg line . What **** is this .. AFRIHOST IS THE WORST . BASICALLY *****ING MY MONEY.
Paying every month my full amount on time to Afrihost for my 100 Meg line . Also after many complaints about the horrible linespeed ...still no help . Running at 15 Meg....pathetic beyond.
After so many complaints with my ISP and vuma I am really getting tired of the games they are playing. I am paying my ISP every month for my 100 Meg line ...while linespeed is only on average 15 to 25 Meg. Pathetic. Do this do that not fixed . Afrihost now says it's Vuma to fix i am still waiting for them to fix and there is absolutely nowhere a number where vuma can be contacted ....come fix and reply to this vuma .....
Don't know who is the worst.... vuma or afrihost. Upgraded to higher speed, from 50 to 100 Meg line. But my speed stays between 15 and 25 Meg. Suppose to be at 80 to 90 Meg. Logged so many tickets . Vuma says its afrihost, afrihost blames vuma. Technician at my house not doing anything clean a few connections.....they are quick to remind you pay date is looming ...so would these numnuts be happy if I only pay 20% of my bill as that is what is supp**** to me ..*****
After struggling with my llinespeed now for quite awhile we are nowhere near satisfaction. I was on a 50 Meg line with constant slow speeds of between 3meg and at most 20 Meg.After Numerous calls and modem resetting running well for about 2 days, low and behold line speed drops again. Getting an email saying for a few bucks more I can upgrade to a 100 Meg line I went ahead and upgraded. What a ****** disappointment, only getting upon upgrade 2 times 47 and 49 Meg. Now still running low to high teens on my line speed thinking I would atleast Getting 60 to 80 Meg...... So I have upgraded , paying more but my linespeed is actually worse ..... Afrihost...this is theft. You are *****ing from your customers ... sort this **** out...

Ai . So many times now with slow internet. Sunday ,F1 raceday,and ........no wifi.. NO COMMUNICATION FROM VOX . Seriously this is the time to move to new provider. Jad enough 2 weeks ago sent Vox an Email complaining about my speed wich was 0.8Mbps,and I am on a 50 Mbps line . To this day no Reply. Pathetic, pathetic.
I pay for a 50 Meg line ,,but *** always low 10 even at time 5 mbps. Even now with only 1 device connected I can't even stream a rugby game . Absolutely pathetic. Time to change to a new SP .
Makro President Square Vanderbijlpark. Most useless management staff, clueless,useless. Bought my son a schoolbag in beginning of January 2023. After about 2 months the bag started tearing on top by shoulder straps. Ja ,the books are heavy in Grade 8 ,but so is everyone in school..we took it back on Sunday the 26/03 and were told that it would be sent back to supplier and could take 6 WEEKS . . Note ...this is my son's schoolbag. Today Monday the 27th a so called manager phoned and said it's not a school bag but a sports bag....lol. all the schoolbags are packed together and sold as schoolbags you incompetent idiot of a manager.... Been to Standerd Bank on 2 different occasions on a Saturday. Waited hour and a half to talk to a consultant. With eventually no help. Today again on 6th Aug here at Meyerton branch ....low and behold only 2 consultants again and waiting for help....pathetic, pathetic.......surly you can afford more staff. Every month you deduct R69 rand ,sorry stealing R69 from my account without any explanation.........
