I caution others to think twice before booking with CemAir. As they are so poor at handling of refunds. My refund has been outstanding since 4 May. Despite multiple physical follow ups at their offices, including 10+ calls to the call centre I have yet to receive my refund 3 months later Each interaction with them yields a different excuse or outright misinformation, with no accountability, transparency, or urgency from the CemAir team. The customer service experience has been consistently poor, with false promises and shifting timelines that reflect deliberate avoidance. This level of disregard for customers’ time and money is amazing.
I applied for a home loan 2 1/2 weeks ago on FNB and provided all documents requested upon online application and everyday 2 days after I call or email to follow up I get a new email requesting something new/additional. Now the person assisting me just went on leave and I can’t get ahold of the person left in charge of their work to handle my application (this should have be an easy and quick process as most banks offer 24hr response rate).
