Unprofessional

I tried to book a camp spot via KZN wildlife and they failed to send my quote to my email adress. I phoned twice to find out from them when I will receive the quote and if they had my email correct, I confirmed my email was correct and they said they will send the quote as soon as possible. They never sent the email and 24 hours before I was supposed to leave for the campsite they notified me that my booking had been cancelled as I never payed for the booking and that someone else has taken up my booking spot.
