Below average at every retail level. My experience started on 4 December 2019. Lost frames! No communication from franchise owner, or Store Manager. Eyes retested last month and told that the optician had made an error and that new lenses would be made! Still no communication and no glasses, to date. Unbelievable!
Ordered a man's shirt from the company. Very poor representation of the product on the site, in relation to the delivered product! Sent an email about a refund/exchange, received a computer generated response and 2 weeks later, still waiting for response from Customer Services. Never again will I order from this site again!
Shocking! I'm a recruiter for a retailer and this company is crawling our old vacancies and posting these jobs on Facebook. Do not respond, as the vacancies do not exist!
