*******, if you want a wrap with sauce for R100, Enjoy, wrap with chips and 2 strips meat, terrible *******, big chunk red pepper and onion. Do not waste your money, no value placed on food presented.
Service terrible, had to find waitress to give order, had to request another waitress to clean table. Ordered a banana split, terrible, blob of cream on top of ice-cream, drizzle of strawberry and chocolote syrup, had to request from waiter number 3 on the banana syrup, which was brought to table and drizzled on, by that time bowl was melted. Nobody asked if we wanted to order anything more. To pay the bill, had to ask 2 waiters for bill, took about 30min, when brought had to wait another 10minutes for machine to pay. Nobody requested feedback on order, even though a full bowl of ice cream was returned. Husband enjoyed the double thick peanut butter shake. Staff stand around and chat too long with each other instead of checking on tables. Won't return.
Beautiful evening setting, with live music, a guitarist and flute musician synchronising sounds. Candlelit dinner with the most amazing seafood curry and seafood platter. Mouthwatering dessert of creme brule and chocolate brownie with ice-cream. Compliments to the Chef. Ambience for an intimate talk or not, whilst enjoying the sounds of musicians. Staff are friendly and service is great. Will definitely return.
INDUSTRY ( Cafe Sofia before) Sea Point. Shocking. Poor poor service is an understatement. 2 Managers on duty, serving as waiters too, food took an hour and arrived cold, Asked for the Manager, waiter responded, he is the Manager, and apologized for food being cold and left. Although it tasted nice, would have been better served warm, also meal for meal came out, long minutes apart, so all 5 of us ate at different times, we weren't able to enjoy a meal together. Definitely not an establishment interested in their customers and serving quality food.
Generally, the service is great and products are delivered quickly. I am still awaiting clarity on a refund or exchange of an incorrect item received in November 2021. Overall experience is Good.
Disappointing and Frustrating experience with The Mattress Warehouse. Ordered bed online, and made cash payment. Delivery was late and had to call numerous times. When the bed was delivered, called them in the same week to inform them that the quality was not what was advertised, they want to charge me R2000 to return the bed and R340 for pick up. Manager Quintin, does not return phone calls or emails, and to date, no correspondence from the company. I had to call the supplier myself who came out within a week. Please be aware when purchasing from this online company, and scroll right to the bottom of their page to read the fine print. Trusting this will assist someone not to lose their hard earned money for non quality product
