I appeal to all potential customers who are contemplating purchasing items from Doll Me Up not to use their services. I have purchased a pair of boots, which I've received and two blouses which I have not received and waiting on a refund since May. The form of correspondence is done only via email which does not allow customers to liaise with them telephonically. Their excuse for this method of communication is to ensure service excellence. That in itself seems dodgy because they are following unethical business practice by failing to honour their agreement in deliveries and refunds. I have received several correspondence emails from Glynis-Lynn who confirmed that my refund will be processed by end of June according to instructions from her Manager Lisa. I have not received any refund and we are way into July already. I commented on their Facebook page this morning about the appalling service and my comment was removed. People should be made aware of these scammers pretending to run a successful business but fail to deliver service. I need my refund processed by no later than today with proof of payment emailed to me. If this is not done, I will expose you on radio platforms and will ensure that the word gets spread.
I urge the Department of Higher Education to perform a full investigation on these tertiary institutions who gladly accept students’ enrollment fees but provide the most pathetic service. I have requested my external examination results since last week from Kingsway College which had been my examination venue for 2019 and was promised that it would be forwarded to me via email. I had eventually received an email from Nicole at Kingsway College with a statement of results indicating no percentage or actual marks per subject. Upon inquiring this telephonically, I was referred by her to Intec College who was supposed to have explained the whole percentage process. Intec has confirmed that Kingsway College is responsible for sending the actual results who had failed to reply to any of my emails. I have contacted them approximately three times a day and was promised by Muriel that someone would return my call. One would think that they would be considerate towards students by ensuring that results are provided timeously to allow enough time for registration of exams before the next cut off date. I am terribly unhappy with the staff at Kingsway College and they need to be exposed for their putrid service and incompetence. Please have someone send me my examination results soonest.
