I came in the store early to take out my laybe and I did exchange and purchase few stuff but when I go till point I realize I have forgot on my wallet and I told cashier to hold my stuff i will be back. Then I came back then I was assisted by a different cashier Teshlene Jacobs. I explain to her that I was here earlier on and I was assisted by one of her colleague with regards to exchange, then attitude she gave me was so terrible and I did not understand where it was coming from and I even ask her why is she acting like- she rep**** and says I must wait for the cashier who assisted and move as she wants to help other client. I answered her said what about me and I'm not going to moved, what she did in front of me moved to other till point and called the client while I was waiting. I calm my self and waited for her to finish-then I asked what is going to happen with me since clearly you are not willing to assisted me- she then reply and said I must wait her colleague who is at back is busy. Then I asked her for the manager because really Im not treated as a customer here. Then she reply to say her manager is standing next to her at the other till. I was really shocked to find out she is behaving like that in front of her manager Valmarie Lewis- I even re ask the manager if she is really the store manager? The manager then rep**** and says yes she is but she doesn't reprand her staff in front of the client-then I reply back to say to her its about that its about her your cashier is treating clients, least is scenario you should have at least intervene even if you had to assist not to let your cashier behave like that. She then said she dont know what to do cos she feels like Im shouting and I said I was not shouting I'm frustrated even to the fact that you the manager. I've been shopping with Going Under Clothing at Parklands branch in the Main Road from day one the store open, It convenient to me but this treatment got to day was pathetic. Please take your Manager and cashier for training on customer services, clearly they don't understand how to treat clients.
Pep Home Parklands 3, 4 & 5 The Piazza Shopping Centre CNR Parklands Main &, Link Rd, Parklands, Cape Town, 7441. 23/07/2023 I'm very disgusted and disappointed with service I got from cashier called Michay she got a very bad attituded and its my second time experience this kind of service from her. I came in to the store, to buy 3 items and a laybye take out. I first explain to her that I'm going to first take out my laybye then make a purchase, fine then when process my laybye she advise me my laybye was return back to floor then I say to her ok it's fine I truly understand was out of town and I will buy it again as I see items are still on stock, it was a oven pan for grill, then while I went to go and get the pan she shout with attitude that I must first sign slip, I said to her why u shouting, I'm quickly going to get items as I said to you I"m buying items again, she then reply with attitude that she want to assist other clients and I said to her its my turn and I'm buying other items, while I was upset going to fetch pan upset cos I dont realy understand her , she assisted other customer, I came back told her that u have a very bad customer services and attitude cos I really don't understand you why you assisting in helping other customer behind me where as you are cancelling my laybye and I'm buying this items again and you want me to sign slips, she reply to me that she wont wait for me but it was my turn. I got very upset and I took my money which was cancellation of laybe and left the store without even signing up the slip. I went to my car for minutes very upset and I went back to the store to ask for Store Manager, Sinazo advise she was off I must come back Tuesday as she also witness the experience I got from Michay when she was assisting me as she was standing in front of the teller. Sinazo advise must me and apology on behalf of the store and ask me to calm down , she will report the matter to the Manager and I must come back Tuesday when manager is available. I told Sinazo I really wanted to buy pan , bowl and snack tray as this was my intension when I came in to the store and I really don't want to be assistance by Michay, she advise me she will assist me, I must go and take my items and I can pay by her teller. I ended buying they items with assistance of Sinazo. Been using Pep Home at Parklands for the past 5 years of my 13years staying Parklands and the services I got from Michay was pathetic and she treat me as if I'm not a custumer. Tuesday I'm going back to the store manager as I still want this matter to be resolve and I also want to understand what is her understanding of customer services and still after she still see me buying items she didn't even try to make me understand why she acted that way.
3 months ago , I made a lay bye at Parklands Pep Home Pep 5695, 4 ramekins and fruit bowl stand. I made two payments on my lay bye and my lay bye date expire today 27/05/2022. Today @13H00 I went to the store to payout my lay bye and the cashier who assisted me, did not even had a decency of explain to me that my lay bye was puten back to the shelves, I just noticed her calling her supervisor for an authorised and I am standing rite in front of wondering was going on, only she advise that my items were put back on shelves this morning. My question to her but the expiry date is today on my slip and she gave me a story of saying because I have missed a payment of April today they had to put back my items on shelves today.My question still stands my understanding the expiry is today, should at least my Items been put back by the end of today, then I would understand. what frustrates me worse out of this scenario is that I am not evening getting a proper explanation its just been thrown on my face as if I must just understand. The way I was so upset by the cashier who assisted me , I ended not even wanting to be assisted by her. I told her its not my first time that I am doing lay byes with Pep for 11 years I have been in this area , this is my worse experience ever!!! All I want her out of this is to be still be valued as a client of which now I am not, you are throwing in my face that here is your R40 refund and you can look for your items in store if I can find it, that how this cashier and her Manager made me feel. I noticed when I got home I even left all my slip the!!! My question is what is the meaning of expiry date??? I am so disappointed and upset by service I got from Pep Home.
22 November 2019 i made a Lay-by @ Edgars Bay Side mall. On 28 January 2020 i went to store to take out my lay-by, i waited almost 30 mins Chane Smith cashier that was assisting me came back telling me there cant find my Lay-by @ back where keep our items, its Lost. I was so shocked i never heard something like this happening, with no apology or any suggestion of what to do, care less response was we are going to refund your money back. Like these people what about apology for what happen suggestion, Out of my frustration i request a Manager, Faziala came thru she still had energy asking me what happen, am like Wow did your cashier explain to you, when she calls you, did she just call you with out telling you what customer query. She just said to me its strange what happen that all and she requested cashier to refund me R340.00 that was worth my items that i bought. I was there one who came out with suggestion that please if you find my items can you please call me as i desperately need items. As manager of there store was expecting more from her, like checking if there items can be find at any other store, check on line etc, no she never went that alternative for me , since am not Happy client. I got store card with Edgars over 10 years, i love there quality and style of clothes, and it was my first experience to do Lay-by with them, it was terrible experience and shocking ever..
