Waste experience of my life. Very ******. They don’t take black people seriously as clients. One of the guy by the name of Shane who’s a warehouse manager told me straight to my face that his not gonna buy the window trim plastic after it was miss placed by them. From the start it was just a mass. They told me they can’t get parts before I pay my access. After paying the access they didn’t not even tell me if they received the money or not. Had to go to them and After all of that it took them 4 months to get parts. After they got parts I took my car in and they didn’t work on my car telling some parts were missing while they told me all parts were received. I had to take the car before it was even completed. When I had to take the car in for completion they now had miss placed the parking sensor and the Shane who doesn’t even creed people said they never got the sensor because my insurance did not pay for the sensor while all this was a lie. My car was started April 2024 only to be completed January 2025 with other minor things missing like *****s on the door. I had to ***** the wiper water bottle myself. My car boot ***** was broken. The waste place ever and those people don’t even car
MTN and mondo are giving me a serious run around. I took a data SIM card which I applied online. The Indian guy from Mondo told me the SIM card can work on any router. After getting the SIM it didn't work on my router. I called MTN n they told me I need to buy a router which was going to cost around R2000. I decided to cancel the contract and I was told they won't charge me cold it's within the cooling of period. End of the Month money was deducted from my account. A sum of R1049. I called Mondo n I was told money was not supposed to be deducted and I'm supposed to call MTN. I called MTN and the MTN people told me to call mondo because I took the contract from them. When I called Mondo they told me they offline. Which is not the first time they say that when I call. I need to get this stopped cause it's the 2nd time money is deducted and I had to reverse it I'm sick n tired of this
Superbalist.com is a no go. Ive been waiting for my delivery that was supposed to have arrived on the 23Jan2020 and still on the 30th on jan nothing has arrived. Not even a simple phone call or email from superbalist. Been calling them and no one seems to know what exactly happened or whats happening. They keep telling me they will send an email and even today as I write here no e-mail, no phone call, no sms. Basically I don't even know if they have these things ive ordeted.
