Rude Customer Service
I phoned in this evening to ask for assistance with my wireless signal that was very low... I reached the Tec on standby on the company standby phone, right from the get go he would not give me his name (which I thought was odd) he then told me that on his side all was fine I explained that on my side with the test he told me to take that the signal was very low...he said it was impossible and that his system wouldnt "lie" to him... I tryed not to be offended, he then said in afrikaans ( luister jy nou mooi vir my, ek gaan nog een ding doen en as dit nie werk nie moet julle iemand anders gaan soek, want julle gaan ons nie elke aand pla met die kak nie) I was stunned, speachless and then the phone went dead. My husband went back onto whatzapp and told the man that he would not talk to his wife in that manner. To which he blocked both of us off of the standby number. This is really unacceptable treatment for clients requesting assistance.
