They got my email address from somewhere, and have been spamming me ever since. No amount of unsubscribing, emailing or phone calls seem to convince them to stop spamming.
Monwabisi Windvoel was amazing. Have had trouble with Telkom for 30 months and their service is pathetic to say the least, and I am kind in saying that. This gentleman however was amazing, friendly and helpful and I am very thankful for that.
Had the privilege this morning to ask assistance from Laurette ****samy and she was amazing and assisted and I was helped within minutes
For the last 18 months, I have been billed for one package, while receiving another. Telkom refuses to give the contact details of a real person and they never contact me back. 25/30 reference numbers later and still no help. The call centre staff are rude and incompetent
Terrible service. Been billed for the last 10/11 months for both a 4Meg line and a 10Meg line. The billing department, the monthly sms and the Telkom store at Centurion Mall supply 3 different amounts that should be paid monthly. Reconnection restoration fees have been credited, as account was wrongfully disconnected... BUT, BUT.... The account is still suspended and and the last month no services. On 10 January I was promised a call and feedback. Many a call after that from my side, but Telkom is silent. 21 days later, more reference numbers than fingers, Facebook private messages and nothing. No service, wrongful billing and billing for service that are wrongfully disconnected. Upon the credit for wrongful disconnection, the credit for double billing and billing for the time without service seems logical... But alas, rejection of references for double billing and time without service without explanation... But credit for reference for wrongful disconnection. Only in South Africa does such incompetence survive in a monopoly
