LANDLORD NOT COMPLYING WITH HOUSING RENTAL ACT
The flat on the property at 40 Pietersburg Street, Annadale Polokwane that is being rented out for more than 13 years already and it is in a yard of an owner's house. I am not sure if there are building plans that were drawn up, I know they don't pay tax on the incoming rent because they told me to pay them cash in the beginning so I said: no, I will pay in your bank account to cover myself. They do not pay tax on the rent they receive. They want to rent out this place again without repairing it as there are people coming to look at the place today. And they are in arrears with the municipality account. Even though the landlord is charging the tenants electricity and every month different rates on one unit. Every month there is a cutt-off of electricity because the landlord is in arrears with the municipality. They make an oral renting agreement for a fixed amount of rental but after a few months they come and ask for extra for electricity meanwhile you pay them for that extra but still the cut-off occurs each month because they are in arrears. They over charge you each month different amounts per unit of electricity. I had to paint the flat, I had to fix all the broken stuff, I had to fix the gate and electric gate when it does not work, I took their dog to the Vet because they used their money to braai and buy other stuff but didn't look after their dogs nor flat. The drain is blocked every 2 to 3 months. I had to shower in dirty toilet water. When it rains the water comes in and overflowing the flat all my computers and electrical equipment and wooden furnisher damaged I had to replace and fix myself. I have all proof of things that I have done. I have video recordings of the dirty toilet water overflowing in the flat. Please people be careful these people they are also liars, they lied in my face and I have lost my job about this lie of them. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT trust these people. They look and act very nice but wait and see they are wolves in sheep clothes.

POOR SERVICE
No star for this company. The customer service that phoned me is poor, very arrogant attitude. Not listening to a word I am saying. tHREW THE PHONE DOWN IN MY EAR. ***
