It has now been months that the shower door in the ladies bathroom is missing. Every morning we have to wait and que for everybody to take a shower. There is a poster mentioning that they are giving urgent attention to the matter, but this is taking soooooo long and I do not see any urgency whatsoever. The club manager (Jacques) told me that they are waiting for Glassfit to deliver the custom size door. Another lady at the gym told me that the club told her that they are waiting for renovations (which was supposed to be done June 2019) before they will fix the door. Can someone just please fix the door? Or alternatively subtract R50 per month form my monthly fee. I do not see why I should pay the full rate and not be able to use the standard features.
I paid for a full body massage for myself and my sister (this was supposed to be a present for her). After the Dec holiday Illyria House did informed me that the the****** did not return after the holiday. I agreed to wait a while until she returns or for them to appoint someone new. It has now been more than a month and I sent two follow up e-mails with no return communication form their side. I also called twice without any satisfactory outcome. Today I called again and spoke to the receptionist - with all the other staff either sick or not available. This is very strange and very bad service. How can this be a four star business?
