OPEL MUST REALY OPEN N GARAGE/DEALERSHIP IN THE GEORGE THE GARDEN ROUTE AREA.PEURGEOT IS GIVE ME BAD SERVICE.
On 31MAY 2021 my car was drop at Peugeot George and today is the 05 August 2021 and still have no car. Peugeot give poor customer service.I have a Opel Corse eco enjoy and Peugeot is the nearest dealer. Opel must take their business away from Peugeot because they are going to loose lots of clients. It takes the 3months to put a NEW NEW engine not even fixing it but a new engine. They must also send their customer & service clarks for so customer service training on how to give feed back and keep the client up- to- date and not let the client their work.
In January I notice on my account there is a R78 debit against my account for 115airtime and 100sms.I checked my e-statement for the last 10 months and I noticed there is a R78 going off against my account.I phoned jet customer care to query about this R78. They said I register for in march 2019 and that I get the airtime 100sms every month.I have received no airtime and no sms.I ask jet to refund my account because I have not received airtime or sms.Jet declined the refund because there is a reconding.I have requested that they send me the voice recording.(x2) everytime there is a error on the file. Someone somewhere is getting free airtime and sms but not me.I went to cellc to if they can see if my cell nr is receing every month R115 and 100sms they said no there is no record..It is the 4th of February and no feed back.Jet head office need to do their work and investigate in this matter and not just getting the salary.I think people are lazy they just want to receive the salary...….
