Decofurn is a useless store with false advertising. They promise 5 to 7 days delivery which is a blatant lie. Then when you contact them the one department blames the other department. The Port Elizabeth manager is really a useless excuse. I will never again purchase from Decofurn again I would rather ship at another furniture store who is Honest and does not deceive the public with false advertising.

Pathetic Service
Really terrible service I spent a fortune on Trellidor security on my home in Port Elizabeth to do my whole House. I then got them to do a new entrance single door and really you cannot believe the pathetic service. I cannot believe or understand the incompetence of the people employed by Trellidor or is it the management that does not care because they have pocketed the money.

What a useless bunch of people. They always dealing with high call volume that should be the first red flag that there service is bad. Then you speak to incompetent people that is after 4 days of trying to get hold of them and they give you the option to whatspp them which is never read. Really I feel government service department score higher than openview hd.
