Great service
My original item I ordered was out of stock but Kyle Burns sorted me out quickly with a similar option. It’s alway a great experience to shop at Futerama the stall are all very helpful and professional. Thanks guys keep up the good work.

Apple false advertising over iPhone water resistant rating
I had purchased an Apple IPhone Xs. My main reason for purchasing this model IPhone was for the water resistant rating, according to Apple " iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max have a rating of IP68 under IEC standard 60529 (maximum depth of 2 meters up to 30 minutes)". So my phone was 11 months old and still in its manufactures warranty when it was in my pocket and I went swimming immediately i realized my phone and put it on the side of the pool. The phone had not even been in the water for 10 seconds and not even 1 meter deep. the screen started to blink and shut off and could not switch on again. So I take my phone in to my nearest iStore to get repaired or replaced as it is under warranty. Long story short Apple contacts me as say the phone is water damaged and the warranty is voided so I will have to replace the entire phone, no photos or any other evidence was provided. The phone was in immaculate condition not a scratch on the screen nor any cracks on the phone. So if the phone was not damaged how did i void the warranty. Apple customer service said to me the is only splash proof and my argument with them is that is not what Apple advertises. so therefor they are false advertising the products.
