My sister stayed with Waterfront Village from 24 December 2019 to 2 January 2020. She is a NZ citizen and had paid a refundable deposit of R5742. Despite providing the necessary proof and details, and despite multiple emails and phone calls to various individuals including Patience, Nicole, Pumlani, Yasin, Charlene and others her deposit has not been refunded. This type of service is a disgrace to the South African travel industry and is tantamount to theft.
