Paid for 2 canvas last week Thursday. I was told to come back on Tuesday the following week. I went there on Wednesday and they weren’t done. I was told to come back at 12. Went there at 12, still not done. Went there in the afternoon, one was done incorrectly. They told me to come back at 5, went back at 5, still not done, they said they’ll bring it in 30 minutes, told them I won’t be available at that time. We arranged for them to bring it the following day at 9, at 10 I sent someone, when she got there it’s not done, they told her they’ll bring it after 30 minutes I get there now it’s still not done. Had to ask for my money and left both the canvases there. The service there is very poor and my other worry is that the canvases has my 1 year olds pictures, how is it discarded? Is there a proper destruction process that is being followed? I hope I won’t be seeing my daughters face laying around.
This is the second time I order and when I get to the store, they are not aware of my order. Last time I called and placed an order for collection, I was told to come collect after 10 minutes. Got to the store they said their phone lines haven’t been working for a while. Today I place an order on the wimpy website, I choose Bayside as it doesn’t appear offline. I pay and set the time of collection as 12 o’clock. I get there, they don’t know about my order, they say they don’t even have the gadget you use for orders. I asked about my refund, they can’t assist with that instead I have to call or whatsapp a Jeffery to get my money back. I had to place the order again, wait for the order and pay again. The ladies there are not willing to help as they say if they call Jeffery themselves for my refund they will be ignored. I now have to waste my time and go around texting Jeffrey for a refund.
Called in November to cancel my contract that was to expire on the 26th of November. I was told that in order to cancel it I have to subscribe on a whatsapp gig data which I didn’t even need but I had to so that vodacom doesn’t deduct the full 900 and some odd rands but R28 according to the call centre agent. Month end they deducted the full amount. I reversed it, they deducted the amount again end December which I’m not sure why as I’m not getting any benefits, my contract is up but they still deducting. Called the call centre, was helped by a Xolani who gave me a number that went straight to a robot who couldn’t assist me. I called back and asked for Xolani who told me he cannot help me and that I must continue to call the billing department which no one but a robot answers. I want my money back as if I reverse the money again it’s gonna affect my credit score.
I got a call from Ismail, called him back and he started going on about the other guys he works with who don’t want to deliver my parcel because no one wants to come to Bayside. He was going to deliver it himself if I was in Tableview mall but now that I am in Bayside he doesn’t want to. He is also telling me that my parcel will be lost that’s why he is calling me. How is this all my problem? Why would you discuss work politics with a customer? He is not doing me a favour I paid for the delivery. After I dropped the call I recieved an email stating that my parcel is sent back to the depot. Why do you even hire unproffesional people??
Bought a non-alcoholic ice tropez from west coast village on Tuesday. Only realised today that it expired in May already. Why is it still on the shelves? Why are they still selling it to people?
I ordered items on promotion on the Bash app. The promo was for buy two products and get the second one 50% off. No one told me anything about an item out of stock. I recieved one parcel today. When I enquired about it, they keep on telling me the same thing that they have cancelled the one item on order, so I must now go but the item seperate and pay the full price on the item? That is not fair, please sort your issues out as soon as possible as I need the items,
I went to vodacom repair center canal walk on Thursday looking for the iPhone 13 Pro Max. I was assisted by Anwar who seemed not to be intrested in sending through a contract application for me as he will only get an answer for porting the following day. I settled for not porting because I wanted the phone the same day but still there was another excuse about the computer being slow and not being able to submit my application. He than promised to keep the phone aside for me and I opted for porting my number since I was going to get the phone the following day anyway. He promised to hand my application to another consulted as he won’t be at work the following day. I recieved an email this morning that the application is submitted but no one called to let me know about my application as I was told I would get the phone today. I tried calling the store several times but no one answered. I then went to the store around 7. I was assisted by Breon who couldn’t give me any proper answer. He checked on the system and apparently my application is still “pending” and there’s nothing he can do as vodacom closes at 5. The application was done so early in the morning why didn’t anyone follow up on it? He said the application was handed over to Sergio who didn’t bother following up and updating me instead of driving up and down to canal walk every evening. His excuse was that they busy, it’s black Friday, they only help cumstomers who ard in the store. I was there and chased away because the consulted was too tired to do a contract. In my experience contracts don’t take this long to process, even porting to another numbef doesn’t take the whole night. I’ve done contract with cellc and telkom and they where quick and they where done after hours, unlike vodacom who closes at 5 for contracts. Why do you even open until 9pm if you simple can’t provide a service after 5pm. If this phone was available anywhere else I would have gladly got it somewhere else rather than this up and down to canal every evening.
I had the best service from Teboho, he was able to assist me quick and did regular follow ups.
