3@1 Boksburg. Horrible service! They are rude and force U to take what they printed in error! Declining to redo the work you paid for!!!! Next time just go to postnet sunward lifestyle

Paid for 2 canvas last week Thursday. I was told to come back on Tuesday the following week. I went there on Wednesday and they weren’t done. I was told to come back at 12. Went there at 12, still not done. Went there in the afternoon, one was done incorrectly. They told me to come back at 5, went back at 5, still not done, they said they’ll bring it in 30 minutes, told them I won’t be available at that time. We arranged for them to bring it the following day at 9, at 10 I sent someone, when she got there it’s not done, they told her they’ll bring it after 30 minutes I get there now it’s still not done. Had to ask for my money and left both the canvases there. The service there is very poor and my other worry is that the canvases has my 1 year olds pictures, how is it discarded? Is there a proper destruction process that is being followed? I hope I won’t be seeing my daughters face laying around.

Terrible service from 3@1 Secunda Branch. I had insurance documents that urgently needed to be delivered to my insurance provider in Centurion, PTA. I originally sent the documents via 3@1 Secunda on 20 May 2025. My documents floated around until it was returned on 26-May-25 only to be put back on a truck and sent out again. Today is 30-May-25 and my package still has not been delivered nor does anyone know where it is. Tracking site shows it is out on delivery since 27-May-25. Staff at 3@1 store are unable to help me locate the package or return it to me. They keep saying "they will call me back with feedback on the progress" but no calls are ever received. No feedback or concern shown for my package or the progress thereof. The staff keep saying they use a 3rd party to make deliveries (SkyNet) and they are unable to control or predict anything. That its out of their hands. Think twice before using them to send any package around SA.

Today after 13:25pm my daughter went to copy her 4 pages 3x A4 size and 1xA3 page and charged her R23, 00..... They never gave her a cash slip for what she paid for the copies. My daughter came to my car asked me how can she pay so much. So I went in there and asked for the price of copies R2, 50 per page and never gave me the price of the A3 page.... I asked them how can they over charge my daughter for copies at R23, 00,,,,,,, the 2 African ladies looked at each other and made big eyes for each other....... They said nothing but their 1 friend standing and chatting while the serve.. The gentle smiled. How can they over charge customer s like that. In the shop is no price list of sizes of pages with prices... Nothing. Bad service.. I am a regular customer..... Im done with them I will go to postnet and their service is excellent and they have their prices on the wall.

I had 4 x ID photos taken for my driver's license at 2pm on 7/1. I paid cash for the R100 cost and the lady put the money into a drawer. I asked for a receipt and she refused saying that they don't give receipts. This sounds very ***** to me.
