Horrible customer service
3@1 Boksburg. Horrible service! They are rude and force U to take what they printed in error! Declining to redo the work you paid for!!!! Next time just go to postnet sunward lifestyle

LTING SALES PERSON!!
I joined under false selling promises. Kenny (Sales Person) advised that for me to get a lower instalment I should open an Edgars membership which will bring down my gym instalment, then after it kicks in, cancel the Edgars membership and continue with the lower agreed gym amount. In December I was double debited the higher amount that I was promised will go down because of the Edgars membership. When I advised his manager Tshifiwa, she straight up told me I won’t be refunded and failed to take accountability for the lies of her sales agents and insist I must continue with the payment. I was called by the cancellation team- I told him I want the sales person to co pay the settlement to cancel the membership and they just said "but this is your contract". Why let someone sign up with a promise that he has done that before only for him to get away with it? awful and such **** tactics!!
