Do not recommend - Pathetic service I had insurance documents that urgently needed to be delivered to my insurance provider in Centurion, PTA. I originally sent the documents via 3@1 Secunda on 20 May 2025 who use SkyNet for their deliveries. My documents floated around until it was returned on 26-May-25 only to be put back on a truck and sent out again. Today is 30-May-25 and my package still has not been delivered nor does anyone know where it is. SkyNet's Tracking site shows it is out on delivery since 27-May-25. Staff at 3@1 store are unable to help me locate the package or return it to me. 3@1 staff called a few SkyNet employees to help find my package only to be given the run around. I dont know why my package was sent out again after being returned to Secunda if the SkyNet drivers are unable to locate the delivery location the 1st time around. No addresses changed but they decided to "try" to deliver the package again. So now my package is floating around in GP without any confirmation that it hasnt been lost yet. Think twice before using them to send any package around SA. This lack of service is delaying my insurance claim. Unacceptable service by SkyNet and 3@1 Secunda

No feedback or concern shown for my package or the progress thereof. The staff keep saying they use a 3rd party to make deliveries (SkyNet) and they are unable to control or predict anything. That its out of their hands. Think twice before using them to send any package around SA.
Vodacom fibre has to be the most useless fiber service provider out there. I have had numerous issues with their fiber service. My fire has been offline since 19-Feb-25. After spending over 32 minutes on a call (on my own cost) with 1 of the call centre ladies, my query still isn't resolved. She kept trying to trouble shoot my issue with no success. Eventually she said she will escalate the issue & call me back with a solution. Fast track 5 hours later & no call back or resolution of my issue. I still do not have WiFi or feedback as to a way forward. But my fiber contact payment amount is scheduled to be increased due to "increasing costs" outside their control.
Woke up on New Years morning to find I do not have Internet (fibre) at home. Tried restartint my router with no luck. Ended up calling Vodacom Fibre service to find out what's happening ony to be told that my line had been suspended for non-payment. According to the very unfriendly & seemingly unhappy call centre person i spoke to, they "tried" to debit my account on 31-12-24 but was unable to process the payment so they immediately suspended my account. I was paid my salary early in the morning of 31-12-24 so there was more than sufficient funds available in my account. So the bounced debit was not my fault. Now I have to perform an EFT payment to get my service reinstated because it's a Public Holiday. Not the 1st time I'm having issue with Vodacom Fibre. Even mentioned to the call centre person how unhappy I am with their service but was completely ignored.

Utterly disappointed with the level of service I am receiving from Vodacom. I usually only make use of MTN (who I don't have any issues with for the last 15 years) but Vodacom had a good deal running on their fiber lines, so decided to take it. What a mistake. I have had the modem installed in my residence for over a week with no internet access thus far. I have logged a call twice in the last week. Both times the different call agents reassured me that issue will be sorted out a.s.a.p. Until today, nothing has been sorted out. Being a part time student, internet is essential when needing to join online classes and perform online resource for assignments that are due in the next 2 weeks. The lack of internet from Vodacom is forcing me to buy data from MTN in order to meet my academic commitments. Don't see why I need to buy extra data from MTN when I have a fiber contract with Vodacom. I feel like Rain would have been a better option than them.
