It’s frustrating when a business doesn’t care about customer satisfaction, and it’s even worse when youdeal with employees who are actively unhelpful. I was left feeling completely ignored and disappointed on refunded claims that was incorrectly processed, I sent numerous emails and a month later recieved no comunication, I had to phone numerous times.
Candy Bags Etc requested i pay additional R506 Courier fees after their website stated "Courier-All areas in South Africa" , then doing an enquiry with the exact same courier company who quoted me a R190 fee, Bare in mind i paid for the product and R115 courier fee.
The Grove Mall 1. Waited (+-) 15 minutes to be assisted by the deli after staff said they will call the person who works there. Absolutely insane that there was no staff at the deli or bakery 2. No staff member at the fruit & veg section, i had to figure out how to weigh the onions 3. No prices on some of the items in the shop, we wanted litchis and asked a staff member, he looked at the nectarines price, we proceeded to take the litches anyway. 4. R70 Litches were all rotten. DISGUSTED with service and quality of the food items
Upon arriving in the store at New Road (Engen N1 -East, next to Andiccio) the cashier was very unprofessional towards the clients in front of us and had no clue what to do with the system malfunction (requesting the customers to come check) we placed our order and had to go withdraw money, coming back there was another customer in front of us which the cashier ignored to assist whereby we suggested that she helps the customer in front of us, when busy calculating our order it came to R223 whereby I gave R230 cash first the cashier said I was R3 short and after showing her what the amount payable was vs what cash I gave, she then wanted to give me R220 back, then again showing her what the amount payable was telling the cashier she needs to give me R7 change she requested I give her R1, telling her that she still gave me more change that I should have received. this entire time assisting us and other clients her service was terrible and attitude unacceptable. myself and my partner went to sit down waiting for the order , when receiving my drink my partner asked for a lid whereby he was thrown (not even over exaggerating) and was told they have no time. The drink I received was also not what I ordered but just wanted to get out of that store. Me and my partner was at New Road West on Friday and loved it there, great service received. REALLY disappointed with this store
