Went to Canal Walk store especially to visit WH worst service ever or should I say no service at all. Have heard good things about the quality so decided to buy on line. Very disappointing. Hope u guys improve on this otherwise u might as well close the doors and save on rental.
After our installation, I gave them a great review on Hellopeter. Unfortunately trying to obtain an invoice for tax purposes has changed my entire view, two months of constant follow-ups all I have received are excuses. I did not want anything changed JUST the invoice for the work done! When I sent my final follow-up message, filled with frustration and anger as I couldn't submit the invoice to SARS that they require for my rebate- now I can't even get the tax rebate that I am legally entitled to. The owner took it to the next level by deleting me from the Solarman App and literally telling me to "GO TO HELL"... very professional indeed. I guess if I can't get an invoice, there would be no chance of after-sales service. NICE ONE...this is a great way to treat your clients who spent their hard-earned money with your company!
Extremely unhappy. We gave notice 1 August on one of our lines as the house was sold and transfer to go through 31 August. Yesterday I queried why they debited me again to be told in their eyes a calender month is not on the 1st but the 31st. So because my notice was given on the 1st I need to pay for 2 more months even though I don't have access to the line. I think this is disgusting. Very disappointing and every email I send i receive the same answer clearly no one that actually cares feels like I'm talking to a computer
The team was very efficient. All our queries have been handled timeously and professionally. The system works really well with no problems so far. My only suggestion would be to provide clients with more realistic timelines for installation to avoid dissapointment. Considering the huge supply and demand we waited one week longer than expected, so really cannot complain.
I opened a Mega u account for my daughter, so they don't earn interest on their account but they get rewarded with vouchers... Or apparently so. I have had issues with downloading the data more times than I wish to remember and when I get frustrated enough I send a complaint and we then receive our data. It is R12 worth of data but takes me an hour of my time to get organized. I have tried food vouchers with Debonairs now, but when u put it in on their website it does not work. I have tried the app, phoning the *# number nothing works. If your system doesn't work fix it or don't have it, but right now all u doing is lying to my child. I'm seriously considering moving her money as this frustration is just not worth it. It's not teaching them to save or enjoy their rewards!
